They didn’t try to get out of it though. They all knew about the arbitration but thought buying off Wilder and making a fight with AJ would happen. Fury talks about trying to fight AJ for 5 years, but only called out Wilder and allowed the Wilder arbitration to get in the way of fighting for all the belts.
