Let me correct you on where he got his nickname Slick. According to his autobiography, a nun at Xavier University of New Orleans gave him that nickname after he made 12 steals against Grambling State and the name stuck.
Good guy played against him in high school. They kicked our butts almost every year. He also had a brother who played.
