Moved to Ventura in 2010
Owned a townhouse, the HOA was unscrupulous, but I loved Ventura too much to leave.
Now I’m on the beach.
This town is FANTASTIC.
Walkability AMAZING.
Great FUN at the Fairgrounds.
Schools are fantastic.
It’s cold and foggy. A lot.
It’s hot as HELL today everywhere in September.
Not here. 80 degrees.
