How to Make a Custom Knife Block

Excellent functional project! And I know not everyone has a well equipped shop but you can do this with hand tools (planes, handsaw, router plane, etc.).
A good companion video would be to make the same item with only hand tools and it would be a good way to feature the Veritas line. I prefer hand tools because my shop space is limited and I don't have decent dust collection.
