Release and Reception:
Launched during the February 2024 Indonesia International Motor Show.
Received over 1200 pre-orders in Indonesia.
Key Features:
Extended Wheelbase: The 5-door Jimny has a longer wheelbase than the 3-door for more passenger room.
Maintains Jimny off-road capability with high ground clearance, approach/departure angles, and a selectable 4WD system.
A 1.5-liter mild-hybrid engine produces 105 horsepower and 134 Nm.
Transmission Options: 5-speed manual or 4-speed automatic.

Tell the developers of Jimny India to make it bigger size coz tall people can't sit comfortably in rear seat.
Jimny 5 door is already in India. It is not proportional wrt length vs width. Due to lower sales, 2 lakh rupees discount was given once to boost sales. But Didn't wowkout.. 3 door is cute. 5 door need more width.

only wish we can get this five door 1.5cc in the Republic of Ireland i can assure Suzuki Jimny that they would be in nonstop production,
Suzuki needs to get there act together and offer this vehicle to UK and Europe.
The reason as Dacia will go to the wall with its new longer spaciouse version of the Dacia due out in 2025 Dacia are putting a 1.2cc with electrical transmission into a giant of a car that will flop on sales,,.
Only if Dacia thought about this they would have a cracking 4x4 offering at a premium price.
So lets hope Suzuki Jimny comes to Europe as India will be flat out with orders gaining ground on Dacia Romania.
