Really enjoyed this. I basically gave up alcohol 18 months ago after evolving a really unhealthy relationship with it and post natal depression. I still do drink but maybe one glass of wine per month. I’ve reached the point where I don’t look for it now, in daily stressful life and at times of celebration/commiseration. I don’t really enjoy the taste of it anymore and I hate the feel of it immediately after and of course the following day/days. It is certainly a liberating feeling when you no longer need, want, enjoy or look for it and the difference in energy level and contentment is measurable! Enjoying your channel x
