Seems like everyone in the comments section is being harsh to Kriti for no reason. She just spoke her truth. The questions Nikhil asked her were way more intense compared to other two. She said what came to her mind in the moment.
They are being harsh because she clearly seemed the shallowest amongst the lot. All of us expected more from her given her journey in Bollywood and her academic credentials.
@@sagarsaxena6318 it's a simple matter of experience. I think kriti has very less experience with podcasts and interviews unlike kl and badshah, who are experienced. One thing I have noticed about the happiness question asked to Kriti. Nikhil thinks like a typical businessman who has completed the main quest in life and is set for life, now dwelling in abstract concepts of happiness and meaning. He considers happiness as something fixed, something that stays and is found inside of oneself. Nikhil buddy I hope you take this in the spirit it is meant, I will try to convey this in a way to not sound like it's a criticism but an observation. You say "we want to get to know" people with these interviews but it might be more accurate to say "you" want to know and understand these people "through your own limited lens". Just asking questions is not a way to have a conversation, you don't have to interject when someone is looking for the right word to express themselves, let them find their own way. Try to create an environment where people can feel safe to open up, instead of forcing them to open up "in the way you want". Near the beginning of the podcast Sanon was looking for a word (Perfectionist - 09:08) and you interjected with "validation" - projecting your own interpretation of the world onto her - then later on when she used that word herself back to you, as a way of helping you better understand what she is saying, you accused her of using the word "validation a bunch of times now" (23:13) - she was just mirroring to communicate better with you. You don't have to be a body language expert to see the confusion on her face at your question...

That's what sounds when exploration sparks in your creativity without much of buzz and fuzz. Intelligence beats nuisance. Godspeed Mr Kamath. Loved this side of Kriti, Badshah & KL
Took 2 days to complete this podcast. KL Rahul- polite decent and smooth also a person with a certain depth. Loved how he accepted that what happened with him after that interview Badshah- underrated and unexpectedly very exceptional. He seems to be asking questions may be for his upcoming brands or business from Nikhil Kriti- was trying to portay herself very nice person overall. Missed being real Nilkhil- as always the person who asks meaningful questions but with a luxurious vocab.
The fact that you used the term "luxurious vocab" explains why you think that. Luxurious is the most retarded/incorrect adjective you could use to describe vocabulary.
KL Rahul be like- Am i a third wheel on Nikhil & Kriti's date ? Poor guy opened his mouth after 30 minutes. Nikhil & Kriti's conversation run time was longer than an entire episode of "The Office"
This could be explaining how Baadshah is not suited for deep conversations because they lack answers or introspection, being more self-obsessed rather than self-aware.
That awkward energy in the beginning is so real, you can almost feel it through the screen. It feels less like an interview and more like a bunch of students from different sections trying to make small talk lol
@Nikhil Kamath, your podcast hosting is truly exceptional. Your ability to engage guests with thought-provoking questions, maintain a seamless flow, and create an inviting atmosphere makes each episode captivating. You have a unique talent for blending insightful discussion with an effortless, relatable style. Truly impressive!
First interaction with kriti was purely like an HR interview after clearing technical round ( I am willing to relocate , no problem with shift timings)😂😂
Minute 30 and he says - “really smart people know when to look stupid” I’ve been saying this for years and everyone’s been like what!!!!!! But hard relate. Because it’s how they can get things done. Epic.
Not everyone can get it Benita.. such a powerful trait to have.. and I am happy not everyone gets it :p The moment Nikhil quoted it, I was like 'High fiveeeeee Nikhil.. so true'
Unpopular opinion.....but loved the way rahul explained his pov on his relationship ❤❤.....i don't know why all these cricketers are great family men...❤❤
Look what happened to Shikar Dhawan. I guess being a "FAMILY MAN" in your words is saying who is more "USABLE". They are easy to be used and discarded. 🙂🙃
Nikhil asks really deep questions. But it became so intrusive that it made Kriti defensive. I wish he could’ve created a more psychologically safe environment for her first, so she could’ve felt more relaxed in sharing her reflections without being so defensive.
True that Shivam and his 'trying to get to know you' transgressive interrogation is reserved for the opposite gender only. Happens to most people who equate money with success and are surrounded with 'yes' sir people. How could his team miss this obvious display of mammalian traits in him engaging in 'natural selection' despite his claims of 'nihilist', 'no marriage', 'no kids' signalling? Hypocrite 😂
Is it just me or Nikhil is being really creepy here, passing side glances to Kriti, constantly looking at her and addressing her, cutting off other people to talk to her and just overall obsess over her just a little bit? No hate to the man but it’s downright creepy and uncomfortable!
Bro I was looking for this comment........only 1 hour into the podcast and Nikhil making me uncomfortable by doing so, don't know about Kriti. I feel a little more protective about Kriti as when her first Bollywood movie (more precise when her first song came from the same movie) came, I was preparing for Engineering, and JIIT College was on my list, I saw her as my elder sister due to her academics(the reason for that is I was got introduced to her as Engineer from very prestigious college then making into the movie industry with no Godfather).
Yeah I got this vibe a little bit as well. He kept trying to talk to her about her from ages 5-15 like bro chill.. we don't need to keep regurgitating questions about that age
My learnings from this Podcast : 20:45 Happiness is peace in motion and peace is happiness at rest. You can convert peace into happiness but not happiness into peace. 29:52 they say really smart people know when to look stupid... 33:00 For any kind of evolution, there has to be a certain level of detachment... 37:37 Attic Theory: A way to refresh past memories : Find a photo of yourself when you were between 5-8 years old, and then stare at it for 5 minutes everyday. And so much of who we are today, is formed in that 5 to 15 age. ( Its also common to forget our past memories..) 53:30 Psychology believes that you start telling yourself you're passionate at something when you realize you're better at something and the same goes for talent. 01:29:27 SCHADENFRAUDE : whenever you see pain in somebody who is at an elevation higher than you there's something in your psychology that enjoys it . 01:49:27 If your outcome is money you will statistically do better at the industry where there are least amount of passionate people. The more boring your business the likelihood of you making money is. If your outcome is money go that way, don't go into a industry with a million passion people who are doing it not for money and compete with them. 02:28:47 A fun activity to try with your friends: Ask them their first 3 favorite animals, and then tell them this: So your first favorite animal is what you think people think of you. Your second favorite animal is what you think you are. And your third favorite animal is who you really are. 02:37:30 Nikhil's Tips for a budding entrepreneur : - Stay away from anything that is cool today and the flavor of the season, as they tend to be expensive and tough to get into. - Pick a sector first, then focus on what company you want to build in. Find a sector which has potential to grow, research about it as much as you can and then look for the product you want to build. Because people these days tend to think a lot over how to develop a product instead of how well the sector is doing today. - Nikhil's experience says that something either works in the very beginning ( a couple of years) or never works at all (Business POV). If something is not working, ditch it fast. Don't have an ego about your failures. Ditch it faster than the next guy.
I don't understand why Kriti is getting unnecessary hate here in the comments 🤭. Everybody is speaking their minds and everyone is being lovely. Such good takeaways from everyone's experiences.
The reason why it seems weird when Nikhil asks kriti deep questions is cuz she has no opinion on real issues. She lives in a bubble where her work and family is important to her and how she is doing in life and that’s it which is also fair tbh
Truly think you need to be a little delulu and live in your bubble to truly succeed. It's what you surround yourself with and how you look at life that gives you that fuel. That's what I got from all their answers.
A big thanks to Kriti for saving the podcast in a sense! When she engaged herself during the conversation about KL, it really transformed the vibe into a more captivating and balanced conversation rather than just an interview. If you notice, the first 45 minutes felt like Kriti was doing most of the talking while everyone else was pretty quiet. With three big talents on board, it felt a bit off having them silent for so long-it would’ve been great to see each person equally involved from the start. It was evident that Kriti felt a bit exhausted, which she even mentioned a couple of times. But when it was KL's turn, she stepped in and kind of saved the flow of the podcast for me. Love each and every one of them-this isn't a complaint, just an observation!
@@ne_etb Not really, this is the most genuine reaction one could have. I really want you to see the episode and see for yourself that nothing wrong was said. If somebody wants me to pay for this, I don’t mind.
@@jatinsinghchauhan3220 going to head out of this, as much as i respect your taste in watching celebs talk about their life, was simply baffled by all the positive reactions, hence the question.
Kriti tends to respond impulsively, without fully thinking through her answers. She then defends her initial response, which is often based on societal expectations and clichés, rather than her genuine thoughts and feelings. However, when Nikhil probes deeper and breaks down the complexities of the issue, Kriti begins to see the multiple facets and nuances, and eventually agrees with him. This often contradicts her own response…though it’s interesting to observe as an audience how human psyche works 🙃🙂
I think the people who have questioned themselves with these question have much more patience and depth to their answers , I think a lot of people who happen to do their job with most of their mental sense are so complex and depth in personality vise
25:35 Being upper middle class and the middle class is quite different, the upper middle class are always trying to breach the threshold between them and the ultra-rich. On the other hand, being middle class is having enough sustenance to keep pulling yourself up from falling below the lines of poverty. So correcting yourself and calling yourself upper middle class after being called out and pretending there may not be much difference is an understatement.
yes, most people right now use being born in middle class as a tool to accentuate their achievements while the reality is that most people who become achievers in niche fields such as arts usually come from backgrounds of privilege. Middle class people don't have the liberty to think about things that are beyond survival. Their main goal, like you said, is to prevent themselves below the lines of poverty,.

you are having a good sense of awareness
baap hei kya tera nikhil
And ruined it by acting like her father
And then she bombarded him with her height 😂
this conversation is just pure gold fr❤
I'm so impressed by Badshah's intelligence and maturity, even compared to the others
13 min later , kl is thinking is this a date or podcast 😅
😂 pretty sure kl felt like he was the thirdwheel in nikhil and kriti's date lmao
I've always admired Badshah's talent, but I didn't know he was so insightful

Surprisingly, Kriti disappointed me. Not very deep or bright. Quite vapid. No better than a Bebo.
It's always an intellectual talk which fuels my mind whenever I watch Nikhil's podcasts, be it any guest from any field he just makes the conversation so interesting ❤❤ wow man ! U r awesome n you have a mindset similar to me in many ways . Watching you reminds me of my own self n I used to think I'm flawed.
The best part of this podcast is Badshah asking questions to Nikhil on behalf of audience ❤😅
Actually !! Badshah asked the MOST relatable and genuine questions that audience wanted to ask.

The way Badshah articulated his thoughts was impressive. He’s got a lot to offer beyond music. A solo podcast would be great!
It’s incredible how badshah breaks stereotypes. He’s not just a rapper; he’s an artist in every sense :)

Loved this side of Kriti, Badshah & KL
Took 2 days to complete this podcast.
KL Rahul- polite decent and smooth also a person with a certain depth. Loved how he accepted that what happened with him after that interview
Badshah- underrated and unexpectedly very exceptional. He seems to be asking questions may be for his upcoming brands or business from Nikhil
Kriti- was trying to portay herself very nice person overall. Missed being real
Nilkhil- as always the person who asks meaningful questions but with a luxurious vocab.
Kriti bang on
Woo hoo
Not only she was trying to portray herself nice, but I hate how she was interrupting the conversation when Nikhil was talking to KL and Badshah
The fact that you used the term "luxurious vocab" explains why you think that. Luxurious is the most retarded/incorrect adjective you could use to describe vocabulary.
What happened to kl rahul after that interview
KL Rahul be like- Am i a third wheel on Nikhil & Kriti's date ? Poor guy opened his mouth after 30 minutes. Nikhil & Kriti's conversation run time was longer than an entire episode of "The Office"
First date vibe
😂😂😂😂😂😂 so true. Glad,
I am not the only one thinking the same.
Probably to get more views
badshah gets hate for being different, but that’s what makes him stand out 🤷♂️
This could be explaining how Baadshah is not suited for deep conversations because they lack answers or introspection, being more self-obsessed rather than self-aware.
Badshah really impressed me with his thoughts in this episode. He’s got a lot of valuable insights
❤
I had no idea Badshah was so well-spoken
❤
The best part of the comments section is that most people believe he's flirting with Kriti, but in reality, he's dumbing everything down!
Hey mallu
That that means , i mean why he was looking at kriti when he was actually talking to Badshah

badshah's approach to learn new things mesmerized me to no extent, this is how exactly i will be when i meet Nikhil for the first time
That awkward energy in the beginning is so real, you can almost feel it through the screen. It feels less like an interview and more like a bunch of students from different sections trying to make small talk lol
Hearing “Mangalore”, “Suratkal” and “Udyavar”. Prime highlights. Just made my day.

@Nikhil Kamath, your podcast hosting is truly exceptional. Your ability to engage guests with thought-provoking questions, maintain a seamless flow, and create an inviting atmosphere makes each episode captivating. First interaction with kriti was purely like an HR interview after clearing technical round ( I am willing to relocate , no problem with shift timings)😂😂
I just love how deep Nikhil goes in person's parents and their past. That affects really in adulthood 😍

Minute 30 and he says - “really smart people know when to look stupid”
I’ve been saying this for years and everyone’s been like what!!!!!!
But hard relate. Because it’s how they can get things done. Epic.
Not everyone can get it Benita.. such a powerful trait to have.. and I am happy not everyone gets it :p
The moment Nikhil quoted it, I was like 'High fiveeeeee Nikhil.. so true'

Badshah is much more than just a musician. He’s a thinker, and this podcast really showed that. A separate podcast with him would be amazing!

I loved Krti part. she is so being so genuine & confident about her self. ❤
Nikhil asks really deep questions. But it became so intrusive that it made Kriti defensive. I wish he could’ve created a more psychologically safe environment for her first, so she could’ve felt more relaxed in sharing her reflections without being so defensive.
Bro went on with guns blazing
@@ShivamTiwari agreed she didn’t want to accept that luck is also by her side.
Hypocrite 😂
She is fake
She is actress nd she proved it. IDK why I thought she is new PC but she is just fake
Bro it looks so obvious, why aren’t more people commenting on this. I guess it’s cause he’s too drunk
@@vikramsinha3642 as Badshah's PR taken over in comments

A way to refresh past memories : Find a photo of yourself when you were between 5-8 years old, and then stare at it for 5 minutes everyday.

Nikhil's Tips for a budding entrepreneur :
- Stay away from anything that is cool today and the flavor of the season, as they tend to be expensive and tough to get into.
Nikhil, I hope to see more collaborations with badshah on podcasts
👍
another freaking paid pr.
fr that was very awkard.even i noticed that ..
The first few minutes of the podcast, Nikhil is seriously acting like a professional therapist here.
I don't understand why Kriti is getting unnecessary hate here in the comments 🤭. Everybody is speaking their minds and everyone is being lovely. Such good takeaways from everyone's experiences.
I don’t think she is getting hate about speaking her mind, it is that she was interrupting a lot when Nikhil was in talking to KL and Badshah
If you can't figure out the way she is thinking what to say (or rather lie) you are dumb donald dodo buddy.
The reason why it seems weird when Nikhil asks kriti deep questions is cuz she has no opinion on real issues. She lives in a bubble where her work and family is important to her and how she is doing in life and that’s it which is also fair tbh
I felt more of she not wanting to give her opinion on issues just to not come across weird/stupid.
Fr. When she asked Badshah why he took up the government job? Lmao

She is epic

@@jatinsinghchauhan3220 going to head out of this, as much as i respect your taste in watching celebs talk about their life, was simply baffled by all the positive reactions, hence the question.
It’s crazy how much hate Badshah gets for no reason. He’s actually a very wise and articulate person
That's hilarious 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
I never expected badshah to be this relatable lmao
Kriti tends to respond impulsively, without fully thinking through her answers. She then defends her initial response, which is often based on societal expectations and clichés, rather than her genuine thoughts and feelings. However, when Nikhil probes deeper and breaks down the complexities of the issue, Kriti begins to see the multiple facets and nuances, and eventually agrees with him. This often contradicts her own response…though it’s interesting to observe as an audience how human psyche works 🙃🙂
Maybe coz she's just not layered as other people , some people are like That
I think the people who have questioned themselves with these question have much more patience and depth to their answers , I think a lot of people who happen to do their job with most of their mental sense are so complex and depth in personality vise
