I always thought that those new Vespas are way too expensive but I had the chance to drive one for two weeks and it really changed my mind. It's a very high quality scooter both in terms of build quality as well as a well balanced ride and engine. Besides that it's incredible how they keep their value. Anyway I will stick to my 1993 PX and 1965 Sprint:)

The white and red was the colour scheme of Honda R&D and the green and yellow was Team Lotus in Formula One in the late sixties.

I'm still waiting for a large-frame Vespa that will achieve 100 MPH. If I want to boot it up while merging with traffic, I will have the power I need. There is enough room under the seat for a bigger engine. Not sure what they are waiting for?
