After watching your videos and finding the monitor breathtaking. I finally got my monitor back in December I believe and its been truly an amazing experience. I compared it to my old monitor and the color accuracy on the AW monitor is amazing. I still come back to your videos to see new and old games to add to my library that I have never tried. Thanks for actually showing how beautiful the monitor is :)
@@nickaquilina5189 Absolutely, with my editing software and TH-cam processing put in the mix, should be a no brainer xD Also why I'm not actually reviewing the monitor on any of my clips. Just content for PC and PC game enjoyers my bro.
Great to hear from you, fams! Definitely have been enjoying the new experience myself and I'm glad to hear that you have too! Stay tuned because this year's lineup for AAA games has me drooling. There are a handful of epic titles around the corner that we can look forward to for sure! Happy gaming :)
Nice! I grabbed one of these at my local Microcenter they had one open box for $850 it had a scratch they said. It was just a scuff in the back plastic I removed with some Goo Gone. The bastard that returned it put an older power cable and kept the display port cable though so theres that haha. Still I'm loving it. I was using a C1 oled TV but 48 inch was a little too big for me. This is great and its brighter
Clutch, my friend. Well played! As long as the screen is unharmed, screw it, still worth xD. My thoughts exactly, mate. the LGs are borderline TVs and would be better suited for consoles, in my opinion. You definitely made the right move, fams. I'm glad you're enjoying this new PC gaming experience as much as I am! Cheers 🍻
I had this monitor for a while in April 2022 from Dell UK. It had the dreaded VRR flicker issue on loading screens and whenever the framerate fluctuates so I returned it for a refund. I went back to my AW3821DW. Going down from 38" to 34" really hurt :( I now know I'm not missing out on anything so I'm happy to wait for a 38" UW OLED.
I'm sorry to hear about your OLED experience. I got mine in August 2022 and I guess I was lucky enough to receive the updated firmware. The 38DW is still a solid display, and I think that's where I would draw the line in terms of size on PC. Anything larger, and I would consider it a TV. However, you're not wrong! The chopped top on the 34DW was definitely a shock to me when I switched from my 32" G7. Although the visual upgrade alone didn't take long to make it all worth it for sure. Cheers for sharing mate!
all your videos made me order the samsung oled g8 haha i'm coming from the g7 240hz, hopefully i will not feel the difference on apex legends thanks for the content
Huge upgrade bro, OLED is an absolute game changer on PC. That visual upgrade alone is gonna hit different. Also coming from a g7 32". Didn't notice any difference when playing overwatch or csgo. 175hz is still crispy. Thanks for watching and best of luck!
@@zanzatec do you recommend to use a arm with it ? can't wall mount and my desk is not very deep, i want it to be as close as possible to the wall. idk what is the difference in distance between the arm and the original stand
@Hakim I definitely recommend an arm for any monitor, but that's just me xD Looks better and more ergonomic etc. You also gain a ton of space losing the monitor legs for your keyboard n mouse/pad Since you can't wall mount, you can look into something like this: Monitor Stand, Lift Engine Arm Mount, Black amzn.asia/d/jlJmT8F Ez gg my bro. U got this!

I really want this monitor I just imagine how much more impressive it is actually in person vs watching a TH-cam video??
