As an over 2 year paid subscriber to ATG, I am still working on a 30+ year problem of patella misalignment. Several months ago I realized that a major potential cause of my problem is a lack of internal tibial rotation. I don't think I can resolve my knee issues until I can move from a laterally biased tibia which in part, drives my lateral patella misalignment. Your discussion in this video fits my situation perfectly. I wish ATG would develop a detailed program specifically designed to restore internal tibial rotation based on the material you presented. Other methods I have tried (none with the overall understanding you present) seems to have given me only a medial tibial shift that resulted in an impingement of my lateral meniscus - which I have only recently resolved. I need a full program that covers ALL the details that you present in a progressive way.
Hey Dane -- completely understand your concerns -- I will be implementing an Athletic Transformation Blueprint on the ATG App in the coming weeks/months that incorporate these principles -- stay tuned for that!
Great video! i really like that you go really in depth, (even tho i dont understand everything lol) its really helpful bc most of the other ATG accounts dont go that deep
Currently dealing with post tibial tendinitis in my left ankle and I think it has to do with my hip more so than the foot itself. Will definitely be incorporating these exercises to see if I get any relief. Thanks for posting these in depth vids 💪🏼
Hey Heather!! Thanks for the support ha ha! I'm going to link a few videos that can be of help here -- Step 1: Tibialis Raise: th-cam.com/video/gNS_QjGAs_k/w-d-xo.html Step 2: FHL Calf Raise th-cam.com/video/BWedccP0o_U/w-d-xo.html Step 3: KOT Calf Raise th-cam.com/video/m1aMq9W-jDo/w-d-xo.html Lindsey and I can show you some stuff too the next time we see you! Hope Ben is recovering well!!
Hey man, Thank you for your content. You provide a plethora of detail from multiple angles - I appreciate that. I have seen you mention the reverse hip thrust in multiple videos. I find it awkward to complete - how does this movement compare to the 'incline pigeon pulse'? Specifically in its ability to make room in the hip capsule. Any information/input is appreciated. SG
Appreciate the support! The Incline Pidgeon is more-so a long-range movement for the lateral/posterior hip; getting the tissues some access but not necessarily biasing the joint itself -- I myself have had difficulty getting the Reverse Hip Thrust to feel *Just* right -- takes some practice -- can always shoot me a DM if you need help troubleshooting ✅
Great video! I have been dealing with a big issue in my right leg for a few years after a meniscus repair, I believe it is because of pronation in my foot on that side only. I can’t really use my big toe on that side for some reason, my calf doesn’t use the right muscles either. My Achilles is starting to deteriorate(feels like it’s going to pop honestly, every day I do an ankle stretch I have a painful pop there getting worse and worse).. my hamstring on that side is like a knife stab at all times. My glute doesn’t properly activate on that side either. My quad above my knee cap has some terrible pain as well. It seems like something in my chain is just so off. Sorry for being all over the place, but I’ve been looking for help for a long time now and any guidance or advice would be greatly appreciated!! I used to be a D1 college fb player, now I’m struggling to perform in daily life
How would you incorporate the hip joint stretch into an ATG Routine? Would it be at the very beginning of a session to open up the hips? Or would it be at the end of a session? Thank you for the video!
With those 3 motions (ex the talus bone distraction)you included that allow supination probation would you include those 3 moments or does the atg program hit those?

Gotcha! Yes keep me posted. Feel free to shoot me a dm on Instagram to troubleshoot
Pretty complex and hard to understand. But apreciate that you adresed this topic.
We need people who go really in depth, there’s fewer and fewer people who really understand things, too many people know too little
Appreciate the feedback -- will continue to fine tune the videos ✅
Thank you keep up the good work !
Appreciate your support!
This is so interesting! I struggle with plantar fasciitis

Thank you for the video!
Personal preference -- I program it just like Poliquin Step Ups... can be a standalone exercise 🙏

The exercises on my ATG Science Blueprint restores access to these motions naturally without having to practice them per se
whyd kneesovertoesguy remove you from his community post
I think he cycles them every so often -- new video is up though! Take a look and let me know what you think !
will these solutions help with a bony block in the front of the ankle during dorsiflexion?
Definitely can be a benefit here!
