That was beautiful guys thanks for sharing. That ice cube was wonderful, truly magical. The wood dust trick was often used when relaunching a wooden boat after time ashore and I have used it myself. As you say, keep it simple. Andy UK

Hi, you two are a brave couple indeed. That winter gale when breaking the lines and hitting the rocks was truly scary and the end of the adventure was pretty close, but you made it (an the Blue Peter)

Hello to you two brave souls, what an adventure you have taken on. Thank you for sharing this video. Not certain if you speak or read english, but I would like to connect with you as I too am gong to go through the north west passage next year. I will be sailing from west to east leaving British Columbia, Canada this summer and through the passage next year, then on to Greenland - Iceland. Would love to talk, ask you both for any advise, appreciate your experience.

Well, 2018 only two sail boats made it . The rest including Blue Peter had to withdraw. Northwest Passage was clogged with massive ice and impenetrable.
