Not worth the money. I would send them back in a heartbeat if postage didn't cost a fortune to ship back to the United Kingdom. They sat in customs for days. the ad made it sound like they would ship from a American warehouse.....not across the ocean. The sound is lousy , why have two when only one works, just crappy item. only thing it has going for it is the color . Very very disappointed in them. Will not recommend them at all. on a scale of 1 to 10 with one being the absolute worst, I give these a big fat one!

Probably because we never do that. I always just took them off and put them back into the holder which shut them off.
Yes bass sucks on them BUT go into your phones equalizer and mess with that. Great value you wont be disappointed👌

My husband just bought 2 of them and the sound does suck but good for over the ear stays in place . If looking for good bass for listening to music he's right sounds not so good. Took us over a month to get them.

No special tricks, they pair just like most Bluetooth things. Maybe there is an issue with yours.
I had to physically reboot your phone first. Then, go into your settings and connections and scan; however, before you scan, lay the base and each earbud beside the phone so it will pick them up.

I can't hear both at the same time 😵, it plays on one side and when I tap the other side then it plays on that side but not both at the same time 😫, has anyone else had this problem?! My phone is a galaxy s24+

Mine do the same thing, can hear on one side, not the other. very disappointed in this . not worth the money paid and took a month to get them.
Mine are the same. I can only hear out of one side. The other side doesn't even turn on, and the volume out of the side that does work is like a whisper. Plus, they drafted my account twice for the same amount. It's not worth it and not worth TRYING to send back.

I cant put the string he holes
Press and hold the touch button for 4 seconds on both headphones at the same time until it turns off completely, then press both until it turns on. (only one will turn on, that's when they are paired)

For me, my device (phone) is how I control the volume.
Volume up - three times on the right. Volume down - three times on the left...

How to insert or put the tie or string in🤔😢
What?
Find the two tiny holes in the side of the case. Twist the end of the string to flatten it. Try to insert into one of the tiny holes. If it doesn't go right in and pop right out the other side, switch insertion hole. It should slide right through and out the other hole.
