Kababalik ko lang manood ng mga house tour vids dito sa TH-cam but it's amazing na super transparent and detailed mo mag explain, kudos!
Siguro for improvement, baka nagawa niyo na din sa newer vids niyo, magtour din sa bakuran kahit maliit, kasi to be honest, doon ginagawa lahat ang mga dirty works (laundry, dirty kitchen, repairs, other works na ayaw mo sa loob ng bahay). Isang factor din kasi na tinitignan yun ng mga potential buyers.
I love how they design the house, very minimalist. May hint sya ng modern and industrial design which is napaka aesthetically pleasing. Has a downsides tho. Pinaka nakita kong disadvantage is yung di sya spacious enough. It'll only fit siguro 3-4 max of 5 family members based sa room sizes na ginamit.
