Ganda! small but elegant ang interior hindi tinipid pati sa materials.
For $8-10 million, parang OK na siya for 120 sqm lot with 170sqm floor. Parang bargain pa yata.
Kailangan mong bumili ng Cabinets in the first bedroom. Kasi may maliit pero sa loob ng toilet/showers.
Ok ang Master bedroom. I like the walk in closet.

question: Is it safe to put frameless glass panel on the staircase, without any level rail? The floor on the second level is glossy marble, which makes it slippery when wet. Delikado kapag may nadulas and tumama sa frameless glass handrail

How did we achieve that sink on the powder room?
Is it 120 sqm ( as stated @ the start of the video) or is it 100 sqm ( as stated in the quick recap)? I’m confused on the exact lot area. Which is which?

Maganda ang design, except sa black ang kulay sa labas. Sa tindi ng init sa Pilipinas, lighter dapat ang house color sa labas para I deflect nya ang sinag ng init. The same is true, kapag sa kotse. Hindi kasing init sa loob ng puting kotse kumpara sa itim. Also, in terms of safety and esthetics, the stairs should have handrails. Ang tendency ng aakyat o bababa ng hagdan ay mag lean pa rin sa glass na walang handrail to balance themselves. Magiging fingerprint magnet yan kapag walang handrail.
So, 100 or 120sqm lot area? Description and visual on the video says 120sqm but at the recap @ 21:03 says 100sqm

Not really my style of house. Tipid ang modern houses compare sa mga classic style pero ang mahal ng benta 😂 Ayoko rin ng kulay nya, too dark.
Sa steel gate palang kawawa na ang katulong sa paglinis nyan! Jajaja mahirap kaya linisan ang ganyan na design lalo na laging nakakapit ang alikabok tapos nabasa sakit sa ulo yan linisin biruin mo iisa isahin mong lilinisin bawat bakal nya? For me not very practical pati mga wall cladding nya sa outdoor mahirap din linisin yan at kumukupas yan pag naarawan
