May entertainment room sa ground floor na you can also turn into an office or another bedroom saka may guestroom na decent ang space. Maganda ang layout at design ng bahay. Walang nasayang na space. Ang ganda rin ng combination ng colors. Balanse yung light at dark colors. Ang ganda rin nung idea ng steel gate na may screen sa service area. That way kahit magluto ka doon ng mga isda or kahit ano na malakas ang odor hindi siya papasukin ng langaw. Pinaka na impress talaga ako sa ground floor. Maganda ang layout.

I’ll build a house soon in phil..I have background in design etc. It’s a great opportunity for me to embrace Filipina heritage and a modernity. I’m English I realise it’s imperative to flow with your cultural styles with a modernity.

The quality of the house matches the tag price, good layout and design. I’ve seen other house vlog and the price is ridiculously expensive and doesn’t reflect the quality and space of the property. What I’ve noticed, there is no enough garden space which makes it small for me. But overall, great property.
Isa sa mga nagustohan ko dito ay yung transparent sila sa presyo ng bahay kung saan ipinapaliwanag ito ng detalyado. Ipinapakita din kung saang kategorya bumibilang upang mas maunawaan ng mga future clients. Mahusay!

I like the design, mininalist yet elegant design. The only downgrade for me is the main kitchen, it's quite small. I want my kitchen to be maluwag and well lighted. Gusto ko pag nagluluto ako spacious yong ginagalawan ko and siguro imamaximize ko yong lot area at least 3 bedroom upstairs and a guest room and entertainment room downstairs, wala nang swimming pool nd naman ako marunong lumangoy😁. Overall, very elegant house design! 👌🥰
