    Hi sir any mudra for dark circle, puffiness and having puddles under my eyes i am 25 started looking 35 due to anxiety depression,stress and high bp i take 40 mg bp pills going through crisis please suggest some mudra to relieve.

    Suna hai is mudra se intestine inflammation dur hoti hai aur soft hoti hai like crocodile intestine

    As u said it helps kidney functioning, what do u suggest a man with creatinine level of 5-6, aged 55+... How to reduce it with the help of mudras.. Pls suggest a course.. Thanks a lot

      15 minutes....if not able to sit u can do for 10 minutes.. then u can slowly getting into 15min
      This is not said by me....but some Guru's told
