    Good morning! This movement is now a gentle wake up for my body as I start my day.
    My tight hips and hammies noticed this one, which is great to get that mobility improved for ‘a strong foundation’.
    I haven’t been consistent in the gym for a few months. I notice more aches and tightness when I try to lift heavier than my muscles are ready for. This exercise set is helping with fluidity support on and off the mat.

    would love one of these every day! as i get older and staying active in sports... i need to do these foundational movements regularly to help keep me healthy, functional, less prone to injury.

    Just what I needed. I have your program but I just wanted something to get me back into this. My mom passed away a couple months ago and I have not been exercising much since about mid May. This was the perfect video for me and wow was there a lot of popping in my hips and back. Thank you again and hopefully I can get back on track. My back and hips hurt again so I don’t have much choice.

      I'm very sorry for your loss...and it resonates as I've been grieving the loss of my mom too. My practice has been been instrumental in my healing. A way to stay present and work with my emotions. As such, it's become even more clear to me now that "exercising" just isn't it. Please don't rush to get back to "normal". Stay slow, feel all the things, and be gentle with yourself. Sending love 🤍

      @@StrengthFlowFitness thank you and I’m sorry for your loss. I will take it slow. This flow was perfect and it wasn’t too much, I could just listen and go through the movements. I think I will just keep repeating this video for a while until I have the mental capacity to add more. I really appreciate your help though movements. A bit of normalcy that I need. Take care
