I also held off getting the platinum for the game until the servers were fixed. When I heard that the 2 trophies were fixed back in January, I went for them immediately. I'm still on the journey to the platinum, but let me tell you that the 2 co-op trophies were really buggy. kept getting kicked out while trying to do the vehicle takedown.
Good luck with the platinum man! Surprisingly in co-op, the only issue I faced was not getting a lot of enemy vehicles on my friend’s game mode, which worked okay when I made a game. Other than that, the only thing which took the most time was getting a match on masked mode.
