Until you hook up with a girl and have to take off your hat. I realized that it is better to let the world know you are bald rather than hiding it all the time.
It's ok man. If somebody refuse to have any type of relationship with you based on fact if you have hairs or not, you don't need this kind of people in your life. And if you don't care about people reaction on your haircut why should you ever think about your haircut at all?
Big ups bro. Looks great. Shaved my head at 23 last summer. Definitely big difference in the feeling of insecurities conpared to the thinning insecurities id feel every day all day.
@Silverpump yea man. So much easier. Like anything I have moments here and there where I'm like I wish I had hair but at the same time that hair that I'll wish to have in that moment isn't even the hair I had before it's like wishing I had like perfect hair, which I never really had that great of hair to begin with so it's like eh. I'm way more confident now because it's not something thats not constantly on the back of my mind. Everytime I look in the mirror I'm not noticing and worrying about my hair. The wind, swimming, waking up and not having to worry about bed head, all of it so much easier. I initially shaved before a vacation to cabo and I can say with 100 percent certainty that I had more fun because of it. I also have gotten out of a relationship some time after going bald and was worried about that but ended up pulling a new girl that I view to be so outta my league and is just a dime in so many ways to me, and when you rock the bald look it automatically exudes a sort of confidence to women because they are like okay he's confident to rock it bald and they find that hot, so don't worry too much about that aspect if it is. Sorry for the ramble I just get a lil passionate whenever people ask me about it because I remember being very insecure and afraid of it and shit and I hope if anyone's feeling some type of way I can help them to feel better about it.
Started losing my hair at 17. Whipped out the clippers and shaved it all off at 18. Been bald ever since. Best decision I ever made. To anyone else that might be losing their hair at a young age, just know that you aren't alone and your hair doesn't define who you are.
My hairline has been receding since I was 18 and ever since I first noticed it, my hair has been a major insecurity of mine. Recently at 23yo I braved the shave and buzzed my hair to a 1.5. this haircut if anything makes my hairline more visible but the buzzed look allowed me to own it and I really love my hair now. I have had nothing but positive feedback and my confidence has rocketed. I feel like my main insecurity has lifted and my friends have commented on my new found confidence. I would encourage anyone who feels like their hair is their main concern to brave the shave/buzz and take back control. A big thanks to this channel as I have been watching your videos since 2020 and they have been a major help on my hairline journey. Final remark on anyone who's considering the shave, you may feel like you still have time and that you can 'hold out' but if your hair is on your mind most of the time then it is time to brave the shave no matter how it may look. Take back control and own your new look with confidence. People will react positively. Love the channel, keep doing what you're doing.❤
I've been losing my hair since I was 17, I'm now 19. During the pandemic I shaved, not to 0 but almost, and I have to say I was fine with it. I've grown my hair out to just below my eyebrows until today, but over time I've lost some hair around my temples. lately this thing was making me so paranoid that I no longer went to the beach or played football with my friends. today thanks to this video I decided to shave and I look great even if you can see that I have less hair in the temple area, but that's okay, now I'll start a treatment to get back what I've lost. thank you thank you thank you very much I've lifted a boulder off my shoulders. for all those who are thinking of shaving, do it, it takes a big burden off your shoulders.
Love these videos. They inspire me so much to finally take the plunge. I'm in the process of growing my beard and it's almost fully grown. So I'll be finally doing the deed in about two weeks time!
Harry I absolutely love how you just let the guy tell his experience without butting in. You can tell he's such a nice genuine guy and just feels sompletely relieved to have this lifted from his shoulders. I've shaved my head a few times but have always just let it grow back, the next time i'm pretty sure will be the last 👍 Thanks for the all the help you've given me through my own battle with hairloss.

I think you needed to use oral finasteride but even with that you will very slowly thin out over time. What puts me off transplants is how many celebrity ones have failed and I'm sure these guys have gone to the best doctors out there. Wayne Rooney and Slaven Bilic come to mind. Fabio Cannavaro had a good one back over 10 years ago and has now gone back to shaving his head, the same with actor Channing Tatum.
I've been bald for several yrs now and have struggled with insecurity. While being bald isn't for everyone i think it is a more common look now. Embrace it and resist the imsecurity
Had only minor hair fall at age 22, i had almost all my full head of hair, i started using minoxidil and finasteride, i used them for 2 years, and during taking these treatment i went bald, minoxidil and finasteride made me bald.

Hey just wanted to give a shout out to the channel. I'm in my 40s and have a full head of hair but don't ever miss one of these uploads. I can't exactly feel what it must like to be going bald but I know how it feels just to be dealing with something that is always on your mind and stopping you from living life mentally free. The message is deeper than balding. 🙏 keep up the great videos.💥
Im 17 and started around late 16, receding hairline, thinning and then balding at the crown. I was frustrated with myself initially and I realised that I shouldn't let the likes of hair define me and how I live my life, so I woke up one day and asked my mum to shave my hair-thinking I was crazy-with her later understanding the issue I faced with it. Now I am skin bald, grown a fair beard through, and every week I get that close shave and define my beard. Im disappointed that I let it go on for so long but now there are no regrets. I am now care free when it comes to hair; swimming? Not an issue. Woke up late and need to be somewhere? Quick warm wash, moisturiser and leave. Very little negatives, if any, and a heap of positives. If there is anyone else who was in my situation at college or school, struggling to make such a big change; do it. Don't procrastinate, and act; come to terms with your situation. Covering it up can only go on for so long until it is no longer possible and then you are faced with the same outcome but not on your own terms; take control, and do not let these circumstances define you.
Although holding onto it for longer than many, at the tender age of 34, I went to the #0000. While dealing with the thinning mess, I was miserable and without love, after shaving the mess off, I quite promptly found an unusually attractive girlfriend who went on to become my unusually attractive Wife, and consequently unusually attractive Mother to our Son. So irrespective of balding, I'd suggest buying some clippers.
Just out of a long term relationship, have been panicking getting hair transplant quotes, but don't want to take the medication forever. looking into smp, but this one comment has given me so much hope, thank you for that. might just get rid and be done with it and put the lost energy in trying to save my hair into other areas which hopefully will attract someone new to come into my life. cheers
As a young man , I had a hairfall since 13 years old. Well, I'm 23 years old now, maybe I'm going bald slowly at least going bald fully at 30 years old.
today was the day I realised my time has come ....tomorrow is D Day Thanks so much for this channel and you both look great guys ....much love ......Ive felt trapped in a hat for too long .... I F@% kin hate hats !!!
I got SMP and got it done very light and looks so real my Mom didn't know I got it done. My friends just said my hair looks great shorter, I did do it before I ever shaved my head so no one ever saw me with a shaved head, So I went from Thinning hair to SMP. This way no one was shocked or knew I did something. and I'm ok with that till cloning comes, if it ever comes in my lifetime. Good for you, best thing is to let go, we actually look at ourselves more than others do, so we are so self conscience of it. Congrats.
Balding is the only thing in life that scares me, I think I’m starting to lose it and the impact eventually shaving my head will have on dating absolutely terrifies me. I don’t wanna lower my standards
Looks great man, you're a good looking guy! my hairs been slowly receding since I was 24, I'm 46 now and would say I'm a NW2.5, so not quite at the shave it off stage, but will definitely do it if it gets worse, hopefully will look as good as you : )
I went bald at 22 and before then I used to have hair dressers tell me that I had perfect hair. Was really hard loosing my hair in my early 20s and took my until I was in my 30s being confident with my bald head. Losing your hair in your early 20s is a lot more impactful than losing your hair at a later age.
Looks way better. I personally think that people like to do a thing I call "leveling" where they find a thing to make you feel bad and themselves better, and in reality you are looking great bald. I have a son that started balding at 22. Which got me interested in this community. I felt was soo young to be going bald and was looking if it was happening to others. He is a twin and the twin isn't balding. (fraternal not identical)
You look good with a shaved head, because i think you still have a good shadow of hair follicles that makes your hairline..it looks cleaner then longer hair .
Looks great on ya pal! My hair line has been receding and thinning on top slowly over 20 years but I've been lucky that I've had that time to own it progressively, I've been clipping it shorter and shorter over that time to a number 1, thinking of doing same as you soon!😁👍
Married a man’s man almost 30 years ago. He started loosing his hair mid 20s and was shaving his head regularly as a firefighter. Now that he is retired he still shaves his head regularly but I braid the beard ❤.
Going through something similar. I'm constantly worried about how I look in photos and when I go out. But I'm worried about not having the right shape head to go bald.
It’s really tough to visualise yourself bald and it’s why so many delay it for so long. If you think it won’t look right it usually does! :) I was looking at this guy thinking this will not look good afterwards and he looks better than when he had hair.
What size Clippers did he use ? Was it a number 1 all over ? And why do some guys get like a sort of contour a shadow all over the head when shaved and others is just skin all over ? Is it to do with the thickness of the remaining hair , is it the Clippers the blade ?
it looks like he did a 'no guard', just the metal blade. I'm not sure if there is a standard thickness for the metal blade. My wahl clippers have a basic metal blade. I was given some really old Oster dog clippers, and the metal blade is a tad thicker. I like the wahl length better--but the oster is a better quality clipper (probably b/c it was made to handle dogs). The metal clipper really only needs doing every 7 days or so, whereas the shaved-skin would need to be done like every other day to maintain that look. It's just whatever suits your fancy.
Do you feel like you're in a type of free fall, and once you shaved your head, you just surrendered to the fall vs trying to control it? I am struggling with letting go, thinking I have control over it, while at the same time I'm stuck with pills and foam, and avoiding activities I love, like lap swimming.
This is a shameless plug man I’ll admit but check out my new course linked in the description if you really want to go deep on it and end the insecurities. I want you so get back into your life swimming laps to your hearts content. (I want that for every man)
Don’t try to hide being bald bc everyone notices it either way and ignores it, but will notice more that there is an effort to hide it. It makes it more noticeable to people in that way.
Tbf he's lucky he still got some decent thickness on top so the whole thing still look homegenous, appart from the receding hairline. He can go bald and still have that nice, clean shadow all over the head.
You look great. Be happy enjoy life.I went threw the same thing and started with some hair transplant and stopped with that then combed my hair to the side with some hairspray and then finally cot it all off and that was the happiest day What made it even better was getting some sun😮to help darken the scalp. 😊
Just turned 21... and no joke, I'm at a norwood 7+, meaning I have the grandpa style hairloss/style. It really takes a toll on your confidence especially at such a young age. But there is nothing better than simply accepting the fact that it's gone forever, and hiding it will lead to NOTHING. I shave almost every 1,2 days otherwise I look 35 and I love how I look. Apart from people absolutely SHOCKED when I reveal my true age, i often get compared to looking like Andrew Tate - especially when i'm wearing sunglasses. POWERUP BALD BROS!
Well im not going to say everything that i had or have and that happens since 2021 when my problems with stress started...it is no joke but i see some ignorants sometimes....i already had hair loss since what?..15?? That i remember..i was bullied for it too..anyway.. Im 22 now, made this year and i finished a 2 year treatment for my hair..the doctor and the others say "its better" "i can see you are very calm these days" etc...but i see the same..only the same hair that i used to see is growing..i shaved once...but now im going to make it again this friday. If i look kinda stupid or dramatic sorry, but im just tired to be honest.. Some of the problems were: i couldnt sleep...i had some weeks when i only slept 1 night..a lot of pressure on me too, im a really nervous kid, explosive yeah. These days i can sleep way better, im a really calm guy..way too much tbh😅, quiet, just in my little "world" you know?..i used to have some attacks when i was nervous i used to punch myself in the head and face, i cried too in those moments like i was holding myself because i didnt want to scream like a maniac...this year i only had 2 moments of hiting me and crying a lot, in the end of june start of july. This was because of something that happened to me. Well thats it. Why did i wrote this? I dont even know. Oh and have a great day everyone❤
Hay mate. I know how you feel. But honestly you do look great with short hair. Hope you don't mind me saying. I currently looking into hair systems but worried I'm gonna look strange as I've been keeping my hair shaved for a number of years now. Could be an option for you to. Nothing worse than losing your confidence.

It's very hard
Although holding onto it for longer than many, at the tender age of 34, I went to the #0000. While dealing with the thinning mess, I was miserable and without love, after shaving the mess off, I quite promptly found an unusually attractive girlfriend who went on to become my unusually attractive Wife, and consequently unusually attractive Mother to our Son. So irrespective of balding, I'd suggest buying some clippers.
Funny how it works out like that
Respect bro
You must've had an unusually fat wallet 😂
Just a huge knob.@@asscrackistan
Just out of a long term relationship, have been panicking getting hair transplant quotes, but don't want to take the medication forever. looking into smp, but this one comment has given me so much hope, thank you for that. might just get rid and be done with it and put the lost energy in trying to save my hair into other areas which hopefully will attract someone new to come into my life. cheers
When guys hold on to the sad last strands it looks much worse than just shaving it good on you man you look great with the shaved head
As a young man , I had a hairfall since 13 years old. Well, I'm 23 years old now, maybe I'm going bald slowly at least going bald fully at 30 years old.
So much better, looks great !
today was the day I realised my time has come ....tomorrow is D Day Thanks so much for this channel and you both look great guys ....much love ......Ive felt trapped in a hat for too long .... I F@% kin hate hats !!!
You look great, mate!
Congrats.
You look great!
I think you look amazing! You have great eyebrows & gorgeous big eyes!
Your statement “ it’s just hair “ ….never a truer word spoken
Balding is the only thing in life that scares me, I think I’m starting to lose it and the impact eventually shaving my head will have on dating absolutely terrifies me. I don’t wanna lower my standards
Try finasteride with minoxidil.
Don’t be a conspiracy theorist and give Finasteride a good try. Titrate 1-2weeks and your golden.
Looks great man, you're a good looking guy! my hairs been slowly receding since I was 24, I'm 46 now and would say I'm a NW2.5, so not quite at the shave it off stage, but will definitely do it if it gets worse, hopefully will look as good as you : )
Chill man. The Young ones are the one who suffer
You look fantastic with shaved head
He looks great. His appearance remind me a lot of Cody Bellinger.
Haha but with a british accent
You look good with a shaved head, because i think you still have a good shadow of hair follicles that makes your hairline..it looks cleaner then longer hair .
Dude honestly looks great with a bald head!
Looks great on ya pal! My hair line has been receding and thinning on top slowly over 20 years but I've been lucky that I've had that time to own it progressively, I've been clipping it shorter and shorter over that time to a number 1, thinking of doing same as you soon!😁👍
Hey, welcome to the club you look great
You look much better bald. I just shaved my head last week.
In the beginning when we start losing hair we tend to over dramatize the whole thing, just buzz cut it and move on with life😉
Congratulations young man... looking more sharper now!..
Married a man’s man almost 30 years ago. He started loosing his hair mid 20s and was shaving his head regularly as a firefighter. Now that he is retired he still shaves his head regularly but I braid the beard ❤.
Well done, brother. It does look good.
That's tough dude at 22. He looks good with the head shaved though.
a bald head genuinely looks good on you
all the best man🙌🙏
Looks great man! So much better 👏🏻
When I was balding I was wearing a hat 24/7, since cutting my hair off I never wore a hat once. Its very freeing.
Pic?
Legend. It looks great!
Respect bro, u look loads better with a skin head
welcome to the club!
That smile! He knows he's hot with a shaved head!
100% - that was the best moment when he smiled and realised the worrying was a waste of time & that it looked so much better off than on!
Going through something similar. I'm constantly worried about how I look in photos and when I go out. But I'm worried about not having the right shape head to go bald.
It’s really tough to visualise yourself bald and it’s why so many delay it for so long. If you think it won’t look right it usually does! :)
I was looking at this guy thinking this will not look good afterwards and he looks better than when he had hair.
Mate u look fantastic! I’m just going through what you went through in the start! Bald don’t suit me so I’m trying to hold as long as I can!
What size Clippers did he use ? Was it a number 1 all over ? And why do some guys get like a sort of contour a shadow all over the head when shaved and others is just skin all over ? Is it to do with the thickness of the remaining hair , is it the Clippers the blade ?
Grade 1 looks like. Some guys like different things. He still has enough hair to like a bit of shadow I guess
it looks like he did a 'no guard', just the metal blade. It's just whatever suits your fancy.
im 21 and im experiencing hair loss. still not brave enough to keep my head shaven
(I want that for every man)
You look bloody fantastic! Embrace the pate, handsome chap 👍
Looks good mate!
Don’t try to hide being bald bc everyone notices it either way and ignores it, but will notice more that there is an effort to hide it. It makes it more noticeable to people in that way.
Finally someone that decided on not having a giant beard. Lol. Looks good.
Looking amazing bro 💪
Tbf he's lucky he still got some decent thickness on top so the whole thing still look homegenous, appart from the receding hairline. He can go bald and still have that nice, clean shadow all over the head.
You look so much better now
Looks great man! you are lucky!
Mate you actually look quality with a shaved head. You’ll be just fine 👊🏻
Oh and have a great day everyone❤
awesome young man!
Hay mate. I know how you feel. But honestly you do look great with short hair. Hope you don't mind me saying. I currently looking into hair systems but worried I'm gonna look strange as I've been keeping my hair shaved for a number of years now. Could be an option for you to. Nothing worse than losing your confidence.
Looking good bald
