I think Wilson is just fed up with carrots. They are everywhere in the Constant, it's one of the first food sourses player encounters, so this might be a reason.
The fact he's canonically spent hundreds of lifetimes in The Constant makes this very likely, too. Years of eating the same common vegetable must've left a lasting impact on his psyche.

como sabemos las gemas suelen estar relacionadas a la magia, la gema roja representa la chispa de la vida, ya que cuando estamos vivos irradiamos calor y cuando morimos nos ponemos helados y tiesos( poreso es necesario una gema roja para crear el amuleto y tambien explicaria el por que wanda usa una gema roja para el reloj de la eterna juventud), y bueno, el rojo suele estar relacionado al fuego, luego esta el oro que suele significar buena suerte y en si cosas buena y el combustible pesadilla, es la magia de las sombras y que para no nos afecte de manera negativa esta el oro para cancelar los efectos de la magia de las sombras o eso creo...,en fin, es algo interesante saber como funcionan ciertas cosas dentro del juego.

But beefy greens aren't a plant dish. It's still meat. Leafy meat is indeed leafy but it's still meat. Leafy meat can be used to make meatballs. Kinda bugs me that leafy meat just count as a large meat and not also a full veggie too.
