I missed that theatrical experience of Guna movie in 1991. We went Thalapathy movie instead of Guna on that Deepavali days. Hope Guna will re-relase soon 🙂
Even i wonder how kamal sir taken this ,n how he worked in that location,hats off to him. The risk he taken is speechless. The whole team worked with kamal sir is too much appreciable. The time when guna movie released and till now itself its obviously its abt to think thatt how he taken the shooting in that location there. Its magical to eye's.

The director chitambaram itself told in interview that they added the song from the movie Guna as a cinematic gimmik just because the story happened in Guna cave. Otherwise the movie is a tritube to the actual manjummel boys. This is not the first malayalam movie that was shot in guna cave. Mohanlal's movie shikari was also shot there for its climax scene.
