Sir, not all of Morocco is desert, only the southern part, below the Atlas mountains. Morocco in fact has a very nice Mediterranean climate. Morocco also has snow in winter, waterfalls and so on. In majority not desert. This stereotype of desert only exist in Hollywood. Further i really enjoyed this video, but the food..it does not really look like Moroccan food, the tea pot & the glasses also not Moroccan. Is it possible that someone of your team made it? Either way, you are very much welcome to come and visit Morocco. You will be amazed.

    • @user-wr9ej6xe4j

@@meryemsanhaji9535 Well said and I agree with you about Morocco Gastronomy is One of the Best in the World, again Morocco Gastronomy is not an original one my friend. Please do not get upset, best way to learn is to exchange information and you need to have an open mind also. May be you have yet to travel to other countries to realize food recipe similarities, but please note just from Land Mass and Spices, Morocco is very small country and Morocco import so many spices from other countries, about Pastilla, did you know the first ingredient of Pastilla was invented in Greece and Greece Society were more advanced then Moroccan. Thank you for making me smile and Inviting me to Visit Morocco. Your compelled me to tell you bit of my Gastronomy Knowledge, but first, thank you for inviting me to visit my Own Country. I am from Morocco and Pure TANJAWI, I possess decades of Gastronomy Experience and One of them is I am a formal 5 Stars Hospitality executive and Food and Beverage Executive of an Elite Country Club where we had to create Dishes from around the World where our Members travelled too and we had to duplicate the same test my friend. Last but not least, I am also a descendant of JBALA and I know how to make couscous from scratch and I also invented my own Dishes Recipes and my Own After Dinner Drink and to make you smile, there is not a darn Moroccan Dish or French Dish or Spanish Dish that I cannot cook. In my opinion, Moroccan cuisine is the best in North Africa. I’m sure you did your best to recreate these dishes, even though they don’t look very authentic. That being said, a lot of the well known Moroccan dishes need special ingredients, skill and time. It takes me half a day to prepare Pastilla (including braising the doves/chicken). moroccan mint tea ist never made with black tea, but green tea with fresh mint leaves in the glass and NOT served from omar khayam flask, tajine looks okay, but moroccan bread is more like ancient roman bread, half bun, half flat bread made from whole wheat flour or even rye...all these ingrdients you find in pakistan, so you could have made it better, and also serve the couscous with vegetables and lamb ---- not almonds

@@hibaala487 I didn't mean to offend. It was well seasoned, it just wasn't spicy in the same way Pakistani food is. Also I ate at a lot of touristy restaurants which often don't have the best food.
The nicest Tangine I had was at a local restaurant in Casablanca with plastic chairs and wooden benches. It was full of locals and nobody spoke English. We pointed to the menu to order. The food was beautiful.
