    Have the same windshield, think I will mod mine the same way, thanks. When you turn all of your lights on, your bike I’ll look like something built by Boeing!

    informative...! i opted for an Italian made two piece adjustable windshield at the dealership...not sure how it will perform yet as still waiting to pick the bike up. most likely it will bolt on as your does

      Mine is a 2016 Gear Up Ambassador, and my windshield STINKS.
      I think I’m going to follow suite, and copy (steal) your excellent solution.

    I had to do a little modifications to mine too. Mine was bouncing off of the dash/headlight housing, and to prevent any damage to the windshield, I purchased so car door trim and cut it to fit into the cutout around the headlight of the windshield.

    Hey Alan, another great video! As a soon to be owner of a slightly used 2019 gear up I have found your info quite helpful, if not inspirational. As I ponder all the various farkles possible I have a question. Which Bark busters did you use? Also, are you happy with the Oxford heated grips?

    • @Uraljunkie
      @Uraljunkie  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hey there… glad to hear about the 2019 - well done! The bat busters I have are www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00EQ9MZAE and have been pretty good at keeping cold wind off of my hands. The Oxfords are quite nice and put out a lot of heat. If it is cold, a medium setting works well. Easy to install as well.
