- In today’s vlog we head to Disney World’s EPCOT Center for a fun night at the Festival of the Arts! It was rainy but that made for a great night of low crowds, we had no waits for all of the food booths, which was great! We were able to try all of the menu items that we missed on our first visit and we got through our entire list! Have you tried any of the things we tried today? You know, while I do love seeing Jackson, I am really happy for you guys to be able to leave him with someone you trust so that Jen can come along more often. I like it best when you are both there. :) Also, as a mom myself, I know how challenging it can be to tend to a little one all day. The freedom is refreshing.
Love "Rainbow Connection"! I'm a huge Muppet fan, and Tim definitely has a Kermit-y note to his voice. FYI, if you love the Muppets, Apple TV just released a new Fraggle Rock reboot, and it's Ah-Mazing! It's about as wonderful as I could have dared to hope- all the classic characters are there, and you can just feel Jim Henson's spirit all over it. It's the best thing the Muppets have done in years.

Cheese curds should be melty just from the heat of the gnocchi/braised beef basically. They shouldn’t be cold little bricks. Just a little note from a Canadian 🤷🏼♀️🇨🇦

Spent several years of my childhood in Canada. I agree, the toppings should warm the cheese.
Was just going to say...usually they are put on cold, but the hot gravy (or whatever) is put on top to get them melty. Seems they did the opposite here and put the cheese on top, instead of under. Also from Canada!! xoxo
Sometimes the curds are at room temperature and melt a bit but bever completely : when you bit the cheese curds they should be chewy . In french we sometimes refer to it as " fromage qui fait squick squick".
The curds should melt from the gravy, but not completely. Why was the burata there at all? What purpose did it serve?
Poutine is a Québec food, not Canadian. Would you say that Key Lime Pie is American cuisine? There is too much meat in that dish and not enough gravy to call it poutine anyway.
Was having such a sad day and Tim’s singing brought me back to life and gave me the energy I needed to go shower 😌
I got very teary eyed when "Rainbow Connection" played at EPCOT when I saw it a few weeks ago. It's such a unique and perfect experience for Disney.

It is 1°C there today. Its not just florida cold it's cold.

Thank you for taking the time to meet us in the rain. I honestly was so shocked to hear Tim’s voice as I was scooting along in Epcot. (I thought to myself I watch too much trackers to hear Tim in my head) sure enough I turned around and there you guys were there. You both are so nice and kind and honestly helped turn the rocky start of our trip around.

Last time I was at disney springs I ordered poutine and the cheese curds were cold 😭. I should've known better lol.
As a person who works in an Italian restaurant, I'll say that the crazy temperature in Florida has been messing with how long our burrata is able to come to room temperature lol

Love the muppets sing-a-long at the end. For the festival food, I definitely feed Disney hits the desserts out of the park. The savory stuff isn't always as good, but we have loved almost all desserts we have had at the festivals.
9:30: A classic Canadian poutine consists of fresh, squeaky cheese curds that melt from being drenched in delicious, hot, dark beef gravy along with thinly sliced russet potatoes (skin on) that are perfectly crispy 👍🏻 Cheers from Ontario, Canada ❤️🇨🇦

Jen LOVE your beanie! You would look so great in a Love your Melon hat! They are a non-profit that sells stocking hats and other items to benefit pediatric cancer charities. I know how much you love spreading the word about giving and thought this may be something that you would be interested in checking out. They have all kinds of beanies and lots that are Disney branded. They donate 50% of their profits to pediatric cancer charities and they also give beanies to children battling cancer to keep their tiny heads warm.
Keep up the great work love watching you guys every day. As a cast member your guys do such a GREAT job helping people by giving amazing information in your videos. We utilized your videos on our first trip here in 2013 and now we live here and work for the mouse!!

Looks like we had a number of near misses on Monday at MK almost bumping in to you, and several in Epcot Tuesday. You painted the green squares on Figment right above where my daughter and niece put some green squares a few minutes earlier. My daughter was excited to see our stroller in Mexico and hear her brother in the background!
Rainy day, but any day in Epcot is a good day, and us Michiganders are used to the cold.

I think “campagne” means “country” (rather than champagne) as in more rustic, so this kind of pate is always chunky. My favorite, it really looked good to me! Mexican chocolate I think usually means it has cinnamon in it. Yum!

It is raining a lot here in San Antonio, Texas, USA too, but I like when it rains during winter, because it is less of a chance of random fires happening here in Texas, here in San Antonio, the winter weather is a little hotter then most places, so we get red flag warnings, for the possibility of random fires, hope you and your family stay safe! We’ve made beef Wellington a couple times with a nice beef tenderloin from the butcher, some store bought puff pastry. We use Gordon Ramsay’s like holiday recipe. Sooo good!! And it’s not terribly hard to do.

The food looked great…. Gnocchi cheese curd dish yum ! What a chilly yucky weather day … but being at Epcot is so worth it. Epcot is our favorite place out of all the parks we love it there.
