I've heard people to say in order to get hired you should specialize in something because that's what companies are looking for (i.e. facebook ads, email marketing, content marketing, etc.). In other words don't be a generalist be a specialist but you are saying to be well rounded and know as much as possible. I'm a little confused on what advice to follow.
I think that it depends on what your future goals are, if you would like to focus on one thing, you can specialize on that, but if you would like to be more of the jack of all trades kind of person, you can try to explore other things as well. After you decide on it, you can think about your unique selling point or what makes you different from the others, and from there it would be easier for you to land a job 😄

Many people find their best work can be done as part of an organization with other talented individuals and resources contributing to their efforts, and don't function as well as an entrepreneur. But the self starter attitude is so important in the path to 6 figures. :)
Eric so what's the best way to keep stats of your marketing wins? Like I have hundreds of clients that I'm responsible for and I'm struggling with how to keep track of wins, that I can pitch in my resumes and interviews, when I have so much on my plate.

I am a hard learner I actually started as a pilot and earned 2 flight ratings but I didnt enjoy the career so I switched to marketing. I intend to work in marketing as a career!

Log into Upwork and apply to some freelance jobs. That will help you! That is how I kicked off my marketing career. The first year sucked!! Things got easier though and I now make good money

I don't feel like there is room for growth (aka more money) but it's so hard to get another job. Is there a specific kind of job where I can use all of these skills?
