Thanks for sharing. I was looking forward to this after you mentioned on your live cast a couple of weeks ago. Your Hazy IPA recipe was a big hit and I am sure this will be too. agree that some of the commercial pumpkin ales are just too over-powered with spices.
No not really. You wanted to be subtle in the background. But you can add more if you want a lot of pumpkin taste. Just not what I was going for in this one. I wanted it to be subtle pumpkin and subtle spice and still crushable
I use a website like brewer's friend to enter all of my ingredients. Once you do that, it will give you the ABV, IBU, and expected gravities based on your grain bill and everything else you enter.
@@CityscapeBrewing oh okay, i was expecting something like measurements before and after brewing and like actual chemical testing or something haha that sounds much easier. Thanks!
First time watching, liked, and subscribed. Good luck! Cheers!
Thanks man! 🤘💯 appreciate it! 🍻

Sounds delicious! Cheers 🍻

great vid. sounds good to me, but I like dryer beers
The more I tried it yesterday, and the more it warmed up, the better it got actually! I'm glad it's not too sweet. 🍺🎃
Great video! Cant wait to try this out. Would you add more pumpkin to it?

hey general question how do you figure out the abv % ibu and all the other stuff like gravity you mentioned in this video?
