you prolly dont care but does any of you know a way to get back into an Instagram account?? I was stupid forgot the account password. I appreciate any tricks you can give me!
Hashinshin isn't even playing checkers. Hashinshin tries to have a wrestling match with his opponent every game. He's playing King of Fighters, not League of Legends
This guy just can not play defensively. He literally level 2 all-in every game, and if he succeed he can snowball, but when he failed he will feed. He has one play style only. This guy will get abused the hell out in the TW sever.
LS I just want to thank you from the bottom of my heart I've played since open beta in 2009 and I've learned more in the last few days that I discovered you than my entire time of playing! I really appreciate the attention to detail you give!
This series is awesome, but could you do something about the screen? We can see your taskbar, not fullscreen and this kind of stuff kinda makes it hard to see what's happening sometimes, especially when you keep your mouse on the timeline of the video you're watching (pops up the little prediction thing)
I believe if you put Chrome itself on Fullscreen (F11) it fixes that tho. Just checked, and if you put chrome on fullscreen, it fixes the taskbar showing and the video itself becomes fullscreen
Also note that at level 2 hashinshin could have gotten his e, which is a dash/double dash knowing he was getting ganked soon, and he could have probably lived from the gank if he had it. But he chose to skill w (3rd auto passive) which does nothing for him, which means he wanted to fight olaf even though it was completely obvious reksai was gonna gank him. And the jungler even gave him vision of reksai the first time. 100% hashinshins faults there.
"Hey fiddle, remember, the plan is to camp Olaf top. Don't worry about me fighting him early, basically throwing myself at him, so you have to do the rest yourself :)"
I really like these vods, ur really highlighting the things i wouldn't really have noticed otherwise. i hope u will continue this =P, so i can even learn more.
I love this series, and I wish you'd more of this type where you look at salty/bad players and show everyone what they did wrong. I do bring up though I am kind of sad at the whole if olaf was good he'd be picked in top more. I feel that really good players should be able to win their favorites instead of following the meta always. I know people will bring up stats and stuff, but I do tend to ignore that and just try to learn game while playing who I actually want to win with. It makes it more rewarding when I won with someone I liked compared to some higher tier safety net of a pick. Not saying that high tier is easy mode fully, just saying there is a bit of safety net which makes them easier than the lower tier champs occasionally. TLDR: Great video, funny to watch, and love your top lane tips. Hope we get more videos like this.
i cant watch much of your vods because its very stressfull to actually keep the speed of your thoughts, but i realy love this in depth analysis that goes 2 mins about a 20s situation. Its realy helping me ALOT to understand what the game offers for me and many things i dont even think of . Just wanted to say that. Keep it :)
I learned alot of ways to abuse minor misstakes in lane from this but the main thing i'm focosing on is the fact that HaShinShin might be planing to hang himself at this very moment.Feelsbadman:
watching this video is crazy cause it made me realize that I couldn't even tell myself what I'm doing wrong or right on such a level, and it just makes me wonder what fundamental mistakes I'm making on a daily basis. great video
Holy sheaaaatz dud, watching you pointing out hash's mistakes made me realise that me myself made some of the same mistakes on a very recent (13 minutes ago) past, i'll try to think and look to the game in a more ''analytic'' way. I play high elo in brazil (yeah we suck i know) and my server shares a lot of soloq problems with NA. Thanks 4 the vod, really enlightning.
hey I like videos like this and did learn. I'm transitioning to top lane and really trying to recognize the proper way to play the lane in different positions, so your perspective on that helps a lot.
thank you for these type of videos , im master tier on eune atm (yes i know shit region , i KNOW im not good) , but watching vids like this teach me alot , LOVE U
I feel like if Hashinshin actually understood League he would easily be challenger I would thoroughly enjoy watching LS coach him as I feel like there would be a lot to learn for people in lowe elos with similar mindsets as well as for higher ranked players through showing how the small intricacies of toplane work
This was an excellent watch. Obviously it's easier to watch another's mistakes in lane and judge them, but there is some glaring holes in his understanding of how to win a lane through small maneuvers. I think I'm actually a more competent laner than I give myself credit for. The part where I'm in the same boat as hashinshin is the understanding of why a jungler is where he is on the map at a given time during the match, but in Plat it's probably a bit more random than it is in this game.
@ls Keep doing these, because It helps me understand top lane a lot better, and if Season 7 really does have a solo queue coming back... I want to come back to League lol.
Can someone explain the "worse RNG on the frontline" comment @20:55 ? maybe it's because i'm a gold scrub, but the RNG that the minions use to select a target, is that predictable? like can you know beforehand if the RNG is going to push against you or with you? i understand the other comments, saying why the wave would push in against olaf
what do you do when you do a good freeze but then the enemy walks up anyways and then you punish him and he goes low (like olaf 13:00) but you screw the freeze by doing that, or if you let him do whatever then theres not much point in a freeze is there. Like you lose all in, your jungler isnt there and olaf walks up what do u do
I wonder if Hashinshin has issued a reply to this, or the million other reviews of his poor gameplay... Because...OH BOY, I would LOVE to hear his reasoning and/or answer...
When Lastshadow makes another video about Hashinshin, he should officially change his nickname to LeafyShadow. This is his second roasting video already.
theres no way olaf started leashing red for reksai, you don't show up in lane with full mana and full hp if you are leashing, unless you're trying to be super deceptive, but the more probably thing is he just showed from that angle to try to make him think he leashed red
You usually do that after the lane phase is over so he is almost build like a full tank with a black cleaver. The fact that he only gets to build 1 attack item and he severely lacks any form or cc or utility means that he is bad late unlike someone with great cc abilities or someone who is capable of building multiple attack items like jax.
Hi LS, quick question. After finishing my full clear on lee sin I would have enough gold for the tier 1 jungle item plus boots or longsword, currently I buy the boots would it be more advantageous if I have bought longsword?
At 32:32 after the fight you said olaf was bad, i looked back at the fight and he played it perfectly, hit every undertow and got some auto resets. Can you explain what a better olaf would do? Maybe im not knowledgeable enough.
Hey ls i had a quick question around 21:56 you say something about NA being notorious for top lane and jungle not playing relative to each other, could you help me understand that better? Also is there a updated tier list for patch 6.16?
at 12:43 when kled has it froze under his turret you said that olaf should only last hit. wouldnt it be better for olaf to just shove the wave as fast as he can to push his minions(red) into the tower? Overall making the lane reset putting him into a better position?
A lot less people would be defending going after Hashinshin if they played even 2 games with him. This video shows that vod review is so much better than the blame game. Unfortunately, a lot of people act like hashinshin because there hasn't been an official replay system for 6 years and it breeds an environment of blaming others for one's own mistakes.
Hashinshin is a very good example of ALWAYS being skeptical of who you take advice from. Because sometimes they can be talking out of their ass unresearched and tilted in League especially.
ugh, im getting flashbacks from watching rainman, something would happen and hed literally just forget what happened 5 seconds ago like his brain erased it and he cant logically access that information anymore lol.... i think if hashinshin watched some replays of himself playing his brain would explode. how do you actively refute what your eyeballs are seeing live?
Thank you for making this video. Most of the community is just blatantly throwing insults around after seeing a 30 second clip without having a clue what's going, so an educational analysis as this was much needed. Also, what does it mean for a jungler to do the Bengi?
Do you realize what kled's passive is? The reason why he's auto attacking that minion at like 7 min which you rag on his ass for doing is to get his mount back and essentially double his hp.
Noob question here (13:30): I thought the point of a freeze is to zone opponent off creeps. But if you don't punish when they come to CS, doesn't that defeat the point? If Kled doesn't trade with Olaf when Olaf comes forward to CS, what's the point of freezing at all?
The problem with trading in minions in a freeze is the amount of damage you take from minions. And you want to maintain the freeze at your tower so that you dont give Olaf the long lane to run you down. Also prevents easy ganks.
We need Hashinshin to react to this and then for LS to review his reaction or better yet let Hashinshin review a vod of a game that LS played and critique it lul
LS, i'm d2 euw and your lessons got me there, thanks. got a problem though. when i was a jayce top vs yasuo and permafroze the lane for like 10-20minutes. my jungler was diana and enemy was gragas. i didnt get ganked and we went equal in cs, got tear stacked and all that fuzz, but yasuo roamed and got fed and my team just lost while i was something 3-3. what should i do in cases of enemy top laner hard roaming? got the turret but was no help. diana could easily have ganked and got many freekills but didn't happen. i didn't feel like i had kill pressure either on him.
*Looks at CS Totals* "Bless These Souls" Dude you kill me fahm !! Nice video and insight, I would have never seen these mistakes if it was not for you :P
Ganks for me: III Ganks on me: IIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII It's almost like if you make yourself gankable at every moment possible, enemy JG just takes the opportunity?
He's doing something worse than flaming. He's just lying and blaming everyone but him. After 20minutes I could say that he's playing on ~gold/plat elo, but He is D2? Thats a joke... I'd report him for sure.
The real question is why didnt he blow up the reksai's tunnel. Its like after his FB he just ints cuz he doesnt get it. Games not about heroes, its about team plays. Legit that 1 tunnel was up for like 10 min.
So considering that you said NA junglers don't play around their laners and NA laners don't play around their junglers, should the laners still aspire towards "correct" play in solo Q? Or is it better to be aware of the "correct" play but counter whatever comes up?
Seriously. Do is always. Nobody in "low-elo" knows how to deal with it. You will get like 30cs for free through freeezing. Do it by just lasthitting minions, never attack them before 30hp except you killed your opponent or forced him out of the lane then push it out as far as you can.
Ty my friend cuz of you i acutally climbed to dia 3 gonna look forward to Master/challenger this season i have sooo much to learn... Would be nice if you could do a mid/jungle vod review
When you said Olaf has anti scaling built in... What did you mean? I'm not debating it, but I'm just unsure what makes Olaf particularly bad late. In fact I just generally don't know what makes a champion fall off and be bad late? Like supposedly Elise falls off
he means that if olaf can't get a million kills early to mid laning phase (his best part of the game) there is no way of snowballing and he can only fall off because of his kit
Olaf falls off because he literally has to run onto the enemies to do something. Shen, Maokai have gapclosers and by that are probably better in late. I have had many games where i "lost" lane in top vs Olaf, but had so much more pressure in teamfights and in split pushes with Shen. Not only because of my ultimate + tp but because of hard CC and my W. There is much more but i have to take the next underground :D
I would guess its that his itemization is usually tanky in nature, and works against his passive. More health/armour/mr stats he has, the less he benfiets from his passive since he can't utilize it as well. I'm probably wrong, but that would be my guess.
hasashin lucky he get free vod reviews :(
i dont think he will listen anyone so he can improve
you prolly dont care but does any of you know a way to get back into an Instagram account??
I was stupid forgot the account password. I appreciate any tricks you can give me!
that completely changed my outlook on laning...."why play chess when you can play checkers" LS once again blew my mind with his analogy .
Hashinshin isn't even playing checkers. Hashinshin tries to have a wrestling match with his opponent every game. He's playing King of Fighters, not League of Legends
exacly, couldn't describe it better :D
because chess is a hell of a lot more enjoyable than checkers. :O
Holy, some of his comments in chat in that game. I think we found the real Reality Denial guy.
This guy just can not play defensively. He literally level 2 all-in every game, and if he succeed he can snowball, but when he failed he will feed. He has one play style only. This guy will get abused the hell out in the TW sever.
Tw is worse than na
He is playing a lane bully
@@htagueban7582 clown
how is this guy high elo?
@@-videogamedong-3971 Luck, I guess.
At 17:55 you can see the super top bring up his notepad where he registers how many times he got ganked by both junglers. It's actually hilarious
Ahahahahahah no shot 🤣 Bro this dude is too funny. I could watch hashinshin salt all day
I was unfortunate to have hashinshin play kled top in my game. This guy has a 33 percent win-rate on this champ lol.
whats ur league name??
maybe ive seen u in a stream
I had zirene play kled on my team and go 0-6.
love the vids about hashinshin, Nick. its indirectly telling me what not to do and coaching me haha.
everyone says kled is op, yet hashitshit manages to make him look bad
He's terrible, his global winrate is something like 42%
+greentrigger cause hes new lol
Hashitshit just killed me
Olaf Von Olafsen He's getting buffs on PBE already so in his current state he's below average even for a new champ
He did come out like, a week ago.
We'll have to wait awhile longer before we really know where he stands.
LS I just want to thank you from the bottom of my heart I've played since open beta in 2009 and I've learned more in the last few days that I discovered you than my entire time of playing! I really appreciate the attention to detail you give!
I love watching LS tear Hashinshin apart, omg.
31:40 Hashinshin says that "she flashed ways" and "have to literally follow" even tho she flashed after the ult was already over.
What a dude....
This series is awesome, but could you do something about the screen? We can see your taskbar, not fullscreen and this kind of stuff kinda makes it hard to see what's happening sometimes, especially when you keep your mouse on the timeline of the video you're watching (pops up the little prediction thing)
the fullscreen thing is twitch's fault, i cant full it all the way either.
I believe if you put Chrome itself on Fullscreen (F11) it fixes that tho.
Just checked, and if you put chrome on fullscreen, it fixes the taskbar showing and the video itself becomes fullscreen
how do i fix the fullscreen glitch?
beside pressing f11
+Two Sword Style bump i wanna know too
See im s3 and I didnt know any of this I really thank you for helping me learn more about the game ty ^_^

This was an excellent watch. Obviously it's easier to watch another's mistakes in lane and judge them, but there is some glaring holes in his understanding of how to win a lane through small maneuvers. I think I'm actually a more competent laner than I give myself credit for.

The real tragedy here is that he doesnt put one into the "Ganks for me" after fiddle ulted on Olaf to save him. Thats triggered me so much.
From watching your videos I suddenly can't get camped anymore
I wonder if Hashinshin has issued a reply to this, or the million other reviews of his poor gameplay...
Because...OH BOY, I would LOVE to hear his reasoning and/or answer...
I kinda hope Hashinshin is watching these vodreviews.

Thx LS this actually taught me a lot.
Can you Review a Match where he won the lane and Show us if he played better or was just lucky? And if he Managed to influence the map?
the duel at 27 minutes was pretty dope, I liked that. Don't act all edelord about it.
can someone explain why olaf has "anti-scaling" mechanics in his kit? i know he nees kills to go off but its not like he fells weak lategame
The health cost on olaf's e scales with olaf's attack damage. (Health costs operate the same as true dmg to self)
Well he is EXTREMELY weak late game, when you hit like 35 min mark and ADC can actually kill you olaf is pretty weak.
his damage falls off late game, by A LOT.
Can you counter this a bit by building pure tank?
You usually do that after the lane phase is over so he is almost build like a full tank with a black cleaver. The fact that he only gets to build 1 attack item and he severely lacks any form or cc or utility means that he is bad late unlike someone with great cc abilities or someone who is capable of building multiple attack items like jax.

I would guess its that his itemization is usually tanky in nature, and works against his passive. More health/armour/mr stats he has, the less he benfiets from his passive since he can't utilize it as well. I'm probably wrong, but that would be my guess.
Hey, anyone that can tell me if teemo actually is viable? Like, can i play him successfully in gold without being a god?
Hashinshin looks like a chill dude in this facecam xD
can you do a gameplay review of rush? i think it would help a lot of people. Really enjoying these series!
