I concur with previous comments. The examiner was excellent. You completed your exercises brilliantly and weren’t afraid to ask questions if you were unsure. Great stuff.
Out of a good selection of videos, this is the first one that showed the move between spaces in that way - didn't think you were allowed to do that but I think I've jus assumed that based on what I saw everyone else do 😅
Me and Ash know each other quite well now. Stella bloke! I passed it in Colwick 2 days ago on my CB125F GLR. I had Dave who was happy to see me that day too!😊 Its actually more tricky for me on the higher speed tests but I just have to keep the revs up in 3rd gear coming out the corner and etc 😊👍🏻
@@IvanNacaya probably the best bike to ride. Lighter than most peoples 'starter' bike (Gladius 650) that a lot of training schools use, more agile and definitely heaps of fun. My wifes first 'real' bike before she upgraded to the MT-09 SP as well. Wouldn't ever recommend the MT-10 unless you want to lose your license; it also struggles at anything below 20mph because it doesn't like going slow.
Awesome vid and congrats! I also recently purchased a bike to do some practice and pass my tests as the courses were are so expensive! Did you have any issues riding with it on the road? Also do you know if there’s learners insurance available as there is for cars? Thanks in advance!
I don’t understand, how can you do it on a mt 07 by yourself. You had mt07 with learner badge on. ? I thought we had to go through the training schools for the bigger bikes ?
@@LightoftheMostHigh It looks like they are in a convoy from the training center to the test center (usually a trainer at a training school and another rider going for their test too) - he also seemed to get into the red car at the start.
What a great examiner. Congrats on the pass.
Examiner seemed like a jolly bloke. Well done on passing. You showed nice riding and good control in horrible conditions.
Congratulations. I had second hand nerves just watching; the weather was brutal. Onwards to a full license 👍
Cheers mate, completed both mod1 & mod2 during a wet weather 😅
Yup.Well done. You made it look easy. Super chilled examiner helped as well to be fair.

Well done, given the conditions were crap as well. Great choice of bike as well :)

Thanks for posting a live account of your Mod 1, Ivan. It's really helpful as i'm doing my Mod 1 next month. Congratulations on passing!
U turn was beautiful
Congratulations, Ivan. If I may ask, what size (cc) motorcycle were you riding during the test?
Thanks, it’s 700cc MT07 :)
@@IvanNacaya great thanks mate.

Which test centre is this? Your examiner seems sound
Also I thought you have to stop in the blue cones after the hazard avoidance bit
Congrats mate. I have my mod1 in two days. How did you find the rain. I live in wales and currently raining all week.
Hi, sorry for late respond. I hope your mod 1 went well. It was actually not bad riding in the rain on the MT07, just need to be careful with puddles.
still not sure if i should do this in 2nd or 3rd gear, riding on a sv650 and the instructor says get in 3rd but everyone i see does it in 2nd
Talking to ya dad....well done. Mod2 next
Cheers mate. Mod 2 soon 🤘
When you have done it i'll take you a few routes we have

Congrats are in order of you passing your MOD2, Now what bike will you be getting.
Thank you. I’m not 100% sure which bike I’m going to get but it’s either a naked bike or sports bike :)

If he done his DAS through a training school they provide a big bike with L plates for these test...
@@channin yeah but I swear he rode the bike from his house ?
I've seen a few videos where they have rode their own bike to the test centre.

So cos you stopped before the blue cones on controlled stop, it doesn’t matter? I thought it was a fail?
No. If you stop a fraction short, you are allowed to walk the bike in, which he did.
I was scared and thought I’d failed but what @nubbypy said I did the safe and correct procedure.
They also say, if he moves the blue cones, you haven't failed yet..
