Yeah if he started working at the Krusty Krab straight out the womb. Assuming he started working there when he was sixteen, he's at least Forty-Seven. Considering he says those awards were consecutive, he might very well be older. All he would have to do is not be employee of the month _once_ and none of the preceding awards would count among the 374.
@@Jay2JayGaming Very interesting. It still makes sense that he's a kid because of how long sea sponges live. Some species of tropical sponges can live for 200 years while deep ocean ones can live for a few thousand. Stephen Hillenburg was a marine biologist at first, I'm sure SpongeBob still being a kid despite being in his 30s or 40s is 100% intentional.
If you start the show in December 2009, and end in March 2041, the dates on the calendars from the first 3 seasons line up perfectly with that timeline.
SpongeBob was really employee of the month for 31 years straight (374 months) and still didn’t get the manger position. Let that sink in hard working people. Be your own boss! 💪🏽

Plankton is very different in this movie. Like in the show, he’s not truly pure evil he’s more of a complex character and a sympathetic villain, but in this movie he is pure evil and he actually tries to murder SpongeBob and Mr. Krabs with glee.
Actually, he was always this way. Pretty much every single one of his appearances in the first season confirmed this. They just took a break from that going onward until later.
Just got my first SpongeBob appreciation tattoo yesterday. I got “ocean” above my right knee and “man” above my left knee! It’s the song this movie ends with but it’s also from one of my favorite albums of all time which inspired Stephen Hillenburg to create SpongeBob! So it’s like one full circle meaning for me haha

19:48- Plankton is a better liar than Jussie Smollett, I admit. Not condoning Plankton(Obviously), just saying. 23:33- My problem with Squidward is that he's so much on his high horse thinking he's smarter than everyone when he's just as dumb.
