It just sucks to see BOTH Wactor and Nijisanji be realized as Japanese VTuber companies, because like you said Nux, there ARE good VTuber companies, and I'm sure there are good, happy ones that are Japan-based too. But these two completely inhumane companies don't just ruin the lives of their own talents, they give the other actually GOOD companies a bad name. And it's just the worst, especially to people like me who aren't totally privy to the status quo of VTuber agency performance and how they run their companies. I'm able to look past this to see the better companies and brighter land of VTubing, but not everyone will think the same.
fortunately for any American or Canadian Vtubers under those companies is - Contracts can't be legally enforced if they violate the laws of the signer's place of residence. in the US Vagueness makes contracts including NDAs null and void so they can't pull the shit nijisanji does. and in cananda posting a termination notice is a violation of pipeda law - which means they can sue and there isn't anything Niji can do.
Sure you can sue if they terminate you publicly, but it would cost you more than what you can get in return... So in reality, you can't really sue them...
I'd imagine for all the terrible things that can go on behind the scene in idol agencies, it's potentially even worse in some v-tuber agencies. Mostly because of the added anonymity clauses in the contract. If you were a shady person wanting to start a back alley company where you could take sexual advantage of the employees, then what better way than to have them contractually not be able to even speak of their association with you in the first place?
I should think that if you caused irreperable damage to the company they wouldn't want to employ you. Waiting to fire you makes that uh, not hold water.
Rule of thumb, if a company you work for doesn’t want you to talk about them, especially if they fire you, that’s usually a red flag that you just shouldn’t work for them

Just contact your lawyer, girl... Just contact your own lawyer...
Behold, lord nux- Milker of drama
Your pimp comment was amazingly accurate.
Y'all are fast
Nijisanji: I’m the worst vtuber company!
Wactor: Amateur!
I should think that if you caused irreperable damage to the company they wouldn't want to employ you. Waiting to fire you makes that uh, not hold water.
Besides. If the vtuber streamed for longer later that'd ostensibly make up for missing time earlier.
Rule of thumb, if a company you work for doesn’t want you to talk about them, especially if they fire you, that’s usually a red flag that you just shouldn’t work for them
If contract is to take a loan take of loan plus interest or contract is change by policy ever though policy not included in the contract.
How this year already going to shit like two vtuber agencies drama in not even 2 months into 2024 and i thought the last couple of years were the worst
Number one reason why I will visit but NEVER live in Japan: It is a *corporate hellhole* a beautiful corporate hellhole
Sad all these horrible things happening in the shadows
japan needs to really fucking take a look at it's laws if shit like wactor is allowed to exist. it's INSANE what wactor was doing and forcing it's talent to do.
Given how messed up the company is, I'm gonna dust off the old Aperture Science sign here...
"In case of implosion, stare directly at implosion."
Wactor makes Niji look glorious, what the actual hell
Wactor: How many levels of manipulation and abuse are you on?
Nijisanji: Like maybe 5 or 6 right now. My dude.
Wactor: You are like little baby. Watch this.
Oh god..
I saw another vid saying "they'll probably bounce back." And this is the final round in the gun
I'd love to sit down and have a serious talk one day. This is just crazy
goddamn it got worse and worse as the vid goes on hope the talents recover from this
I want to hear a tierlist of all the vtuber agencies, like what are the agencies that my Lord Nuxanor endorses
shit, 2024 is fucking wild!
from being an election year for 2/3 of the world, to major youtuber and vtuber retirements to blasting major talent companies!
what else can we get!
Unsurprising that a Japanese company would say that about psych medicine. Japan in general is decades behind on mental health.... Psychology might as well not exist here.
I guess tomorrow is Nux’s reaction to False’s video about Uki. I’m looking forward to it.
at this point, i'd like if Nux released a list of agencies he liked
After hearing the name Valentino, I automatically thought of "Organized Crime". Except their entire operation isn't organized and it's sloppy AF. lol
8:50 This like the plot of some doujins i've read. literally the plot of doujins are happening in real life.
I never knew vtuber companies were this crazy absolute absurd
I'm waiting for the dun dun law and order svu sound effect.
What
The
Actual
Fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuck!
Oh boy.
Wait 'til you hear the newest niji drama.
They're not going down without another issue before bankruptcy.
2020: you think previous year wasn't good? TAKE THAT!
2021: amateure. Let me show you how it's done.
2022: *charging super move sound*
2023: *yandere laugh sound*
2024: *X is gonna give it to ya music slowly approaching*
Yoda : Always two there are, no more, no less. A master and an apprentice.
0:00 and i failed HOW 😭
BREACH of contract is like breaking one's Vow
ngl, the mickey mouse voice while doing a pimp analogy got me good
It might become a Voldemort company one that should not be named
Noooo! I had already forgotten about Wactor
I'm not even surprised if this company is a traficking front with big backer.
We hitting with the Cyberpunk version of Vtuber companies on this one
This fucking discusses me down to my core
Oh, I already knew that company a few months ago about how bad they are
I forgot they existed
And cover corp just living their best life
I had never even heard of Wactor until a few days ago. This is not the way I wanted to find out about it.
Will there ever be another original nux video?
"Yes, Valentino-san."
fuck NOooooOOOo
25:40 “The Eminence in Shadow”
Between this and the whole Vince MacMahon insanity... jeezus....
I failed before I knew there was a pop quiz.
Crazy
12 years dungeon, no trial
I could totally see Nux having fun with some of the former wactor Vtubers... time to convince him to learn spanish.
Brother Wacter make nijisanji look like they had a slap fight with doki
Holy shit, you smell rot one time, and scent of it start appearing out of nowhere! Although it is horrible situation, it is hilarious that the moment Niji fucked up, there others companies ready to one up it on public…
Wactor really turned to Niji and said: Hold my beer
Me: I'm losing faith in companies due to their malpractices
NUX:I'm Keeping faith in companies due to their malpractices
15 minutes in sound like exactly what they did to dokibird
Nijisanji looks like angels compared to Wactor
And there’s still a lot that we don’t know. These guys are pervy needed the worst things. You can imagine to the talent” close doors, of course.
Nux you just described the vdere vtuber group at the end.
Hold on, Satan! The second month of 2024 hasn't even ended yet!
It's funny-scary watching this and my recommended video below me is valentino 😦 if that's not telling. Idk what is lmao
This is so nauseating
I have a feeling that these talents got the courage to do this because of the Selen incident.
I doubt it.
From their similar wording statements, it seems they have lawyered up for a while and worked to get out together. So they likely started their decision to flee before the whole Selen / Doki incident.
The story of Wactor almost sounds like Jeffrey Epstein of Vtuber agency. Its something you see from a dark hentai storyplot, but its real.
The CEO is living the life of a hentai Protagonist lol
Anyone who has taken psyc meds you know you're never supposed to just quit them.
And how do you be forced to do something? Im sorry but if my manager told me i gotta take backshots id say thats what what i was hired for.
Have some backbone people stand up for yourself or this shit hapens. Worst case you get fired, sounds alot better than dealing with the shit they delt with
25:41 *Noted,* if some talents from agency says: “I was forced to mail shit to my CEO” Nux was behind it…
Hello there Nux :D
