Just picked up my first “real” camera yesterday. Got the Sony A7III and just bought your preset pack. Can’t wait to get out on the streets for some shooting
Congrats mate! The A7III is quite an impressive camera for your first "real" one. Have fun shooting with that. Wish I could afford one ':D I am currently "stuck" with an A6000
@@Corvus.Gaming I used to shoot on a6000 as my first camera and moved to a7iii 2 years ago. HUUGE difference especially at night but once you fall into the fullframe rabbit hole there’s no way out. The lenses are so expensive though 🥲
Longer focal length look SOOO much better for street photography than wider lenses imo. There are exceptions of course, but most of the time long focal lengths look better.
I feel with this you can get those shots that people are unaware, stealthy natural shots. Love the potential this lens offers for syreet photography. Great shots - and video. Just subbed. 👍
It also easily feels way more creepy to look up and see that giant lens pointing at you, compared to a small setup. But I still would love to try one :)
For me, this is the best lens for the streets. I bought it thanks to your recommendation, as well as many others :) in photography you are like a master from this fairy tale Kung-fu Panda :):):)
If I get A7RV as my first camera with 70-200mm F4 macro G ii and just use standard Yellow iPhone 15 to shoot closer things with its 13mm, 26mm and 52mm, is it good setup if I'm just hobbyist with good understanding of photography and compositions who want to enjoy shooting and use for personal products shots too? I choose Sony over other brands because they have the lens with unique feature I want like super tele with macro ability that I mentioned, power zoom lens and standard zoom that start from ultra wide 20mm and I love Sony as a brand too. I choose this over A7CII/R because of its good EVF and 4 ways tilt screen and smaller body don't give benefit with big lens other than weight saving and people still notice you have a camera, A7RV is like just as small but with a big EVF attached, the silver top of A7C is nice looking tho. Should I get another lens right away, I have the 16-35mm F4 PZ G in mind, or I should get something faster and prime that still light weight on gimbal? I don't really care for bokeh, that tele will able to do it too if I want to, I like my photos and videos to have story and creativity and not blur out the contexts. Also, have you wonder why put so many effort just to take photos and videos and not just use phone camera to record here and there if it's not your primary work and also your content not all will get pass down and value later? And what camera setup you bring in everyday life and travel, some people use less bulky and performance camera for their own life but use fancy gears for clients and travel, why, isn't everyday life is most parts of our life and important too?
I love to go out with the 70 200 for street shots bcs you can get those details. And also in Germany everyone is like „don’t take a photo of me you rude asshole“ so I can keep my distance and they don’t notice that I took a shot of them. But also for portraits this lens is a beast. But I have to use my 85 1.8 more and also the 28 75 from tamron. I’m soooo in to details that I have to practice more with a wider vocal length. If you ever visit Germany I would love to make a photowalk with you and learn something 😄
Damn my heart started racing just before you picked that last picture for the hashtag, that picture of the guitar on the bottom right of the tram pic is mine 😁😁
I have the Sony A7iv and the 70-200, I have been doing amature studio stuff so it is controlled situation. I really fancy trying so street stuff. I have had a couple of goes and used either A or S mode with ISO auto. You seem to use M, am I correct? is it just experience of knowing what f and ss to go with?
i want to get into street photography this year and currently deciding on wich first lens i wanna go with for the sony a6000. its such a hard decision. on one hand theres the sigma prime trio with 16mm 30mm and 56mm but on the other hand a big zoom lens, you can get closer to people without actually getting closer to them so even tho the lens is bigger you might be much less disturbing to others because you re far away. i dont know. what do you think would be the first lens i should get for streets, thats also budget friendly?
I was in London yesterday (Sunday 6th March) and used my 70-200 f/2.8 mk2 lens most of the day. I fond it easier to get people shots without it being too obvious.
See I agree with all that, don’t worry about the shots you’re getting…my thing is I’m extremely paranoid about holding out my phone to do lots of street photography where ever I go… just hard to put too much trust in people with snatch and grabs happening every so often… but I do it, I’ve taken a few shots here and there when I’m out.. but more so than not I’m being more aware of my surroundings than anything hard to concentrate on a shot.. I’m in the Bay Area btw. Was recently in downtown Berkeley which man beautiful place for photography at night… I’m just not too familiar with the area, though it did look pretty chill.
@9:07 is my favorite picture of the video. Probably the year so far. Too bad we only got the focal length. Wish the settings were displayed on screen but great videos anyway.
i have purchased the preset pack. all of this seems too good to be true tbh lol. the presets are nice also. thanks for everything you do for us brother. its appreciated.

Big fan of the 70-200f2.8 brick. Takes lovely shots. I find it great for day street stuff
Really like it for street photography. Specially for those close shots of people
Bought your presets like 30mins after they came out, and I quite like them. Huge inspiration, thanks mate🔥
I absolutely love going out with my Tamron 70-200 2.8. Whether its landscape or even portrait, theres a focal length for everything.
guess you mean the 70-180 lol
No I mean the 70-200.
@@kentsmi87 just had to look it up, but its not for e mount. Thats why i wasnt aware if it. But nice! Lucky you i guess :-)
@@Keyloggs1 is it not? Cant say I’ve ever paid attention.lol. I have it on Canon EF.
Great pov, been watching you for a while and I always get inspired to go out and shot afterwards, thanks for being there!!!
I've been waiting all day for this 🔥

Great POV as usual Sam , but were you shooting at a higher frame rate then normal on the go pro ? Something seemed off there.
Great video Sam just use what you have you never know what you might get 🔥🔥🇬🇧
Great preset pack sam…Hope this pack sells soon. Great too see you today. Great video.. keep inspiring
Love this POV and i love using my 70-200

Hey! Lovely video, what gear are you using to capture the POV here?

If You Can Only Choose One Lens For All Your Street Photography Photos. What Will That Lens Be?..... By The Way Nice Video As Always :)
Nice vid .. how do you edit the images

Haha 😂 I can assure you it’s not 🙏
Ordered your presets, love them!
And maybe i am lucky enough to win something this time 😊
This is amazing bro🎬🔥
Hello, I'm Thai, I like your photos and your way of presenting them. May I ask what camera do you use on your clothes all the time? Thank you.
Is it gopro8? I just read it, sorry for the stupid question. 🙏
Great video as always. 💯👏🏼
Great POV Sam, those presets look great, can’t wait to start using them once I sort my computer out and trim my library down a bit ( read as a lot )
really annoying that lightroom presets don't work in C1 😓
Thank you for the content and this giveaway! 🙂
Is this the Old Objective? Or the new ?
It’s the v1
Compared to the f4, Im really not impressed with the bokeh, when you look at the price difference.
Can’t wait to win a Tesla 🤩🤣

Comment for the TH-cam Gods 😁
I chose this video just to see how the 70-200 performs and the intro was nothing more than marketing pre-set packs! WTF!? lol. Next video!
send a hail to brazil
How to end a video?
Just walk away and wait for the battery to go off :D
