Great series, overall easy to listen/learn. The range of topics keeps my interest. I’ve built 2 layouts in 2 locations from AFX track. Then things changed, neither track finished but have delved into many rabbit holes along the way😂
In moving and tipping I found how little I had actually attached the track and have an opportunity for pretty much a do over😂😂
    Best and keep on, please
    Gerry

Thanks for the feedback Gerry. We all delve down rabbit holes. I know I've made a bit of a rod for my own back with this one, that's for sure.
I think breaking it down into smaller jobs, my next goal on the track build should be, getting all 12 rails installed, and the track surface painted so I can drive it.
Surely that will get me motivated.

7:56....(Heavy sigh) 😆 Once you get all this sorted it'll be worth it!! I've tried briefly to make a routed track and was thinking of copper tape to avoid the rail hassles. Trouble is, it looks like arse!

Copper tape would be so much easier, but the downside would be you'd end up with a unicorn that doesn't act like any HO track does.
Love or hate magnet traction, it's very much part of HO scale. And I very much want to be able to drive all cars as they should be.
