    Can you make a video on how you moved to Ireland, procedures you had to go through and the whole process until you got a seat in a university over there.

    Hi! I'm glad I found your channel, your videos like this one and life after masters are helping me a lot.
    I'm a postgraduate student from Spain willing to stay just for the 1st semester of the next academic course, but I'm thinking about extending it through the rest of the year.
    I'd appreciate a lot if you could tell me about your experience at Point Campus in your first year, and if you recommend it.
    Thank you!

      I am so glad! My experience was great at Point. Very multicultural and good amenities. It is also centrally located, making it a great place to be. I have heard few groceries stores have opened beside it, and the luas is right across so connectivity is great!

      @Escapingrheality  9 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Hey that's awesome! Where in Dublin is your job based? I should be able to recommend some areas based on that. Dublin has some locations that are considered safer than others, so it's always better to know the areas before you get here!

      @@shrutijadhav2568 Hey Shruti, city centre (Dublin 1, 2 areas) are expensive, rooms are small and not very safe. You could check some areas on south side which has good connectivity to city centre by luas/dart/bus. Areas I would avoid: Blachardstown, Finglas, Charlestown, Parnell, Mountjoy. I would look at areas Dun Laoghaire, Leopardstown, Clonskeagh, Stillorgan, Blackrock etc. Most areas on dart connectivity are good as you move away from the city centre (Tara street, Connolly etc)

      The job market is saturated and down in Ireland. It will be next to impossible for a graduate with no prior experience to find a job from next year.

    • @shyamu4vlb
      @shyamu4vlb 8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      No scope here for jobs. It doesn't even fall under critical skills and companies heavily prefer local candidates for non-technical jobs.

      Hey, you have multiple health insurance options in India like Bajaj, which is for 1 year. It is paid for up front, and not in monthly premiums, and can be around 7-10K INR! Would definitely recommend looking at various policies and comparing them before buying

    How much is The minimum salary in Ireland..is IT enough to cover The rent & other expenses?

    • @Escapingrheality
      @Escapingrheality  9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hey, if you are able to find a full time job, it would be at least €28,000, it will definitely be higher based on your role, years of experience etc. The biggest expense is rent, which is monthly between 800-1200 depending on how you live: shared room, individual room, how many house mates you have. If you are single, no liabilities like loan or dependents, then you should be able to afford a decent lifestyle initally.

    I have few 🤣of questions to ask cuz I am planning for ireland masters
    1-> is accomdation available if yes, how much will it cost for sharing
    2-> may I know salaries of IT people(who have experience atleast 3 years)
    3-> is it possible to save money in ireland or it is better to stay in india and do job
    4-> please do comparison and make video that would be really helpful

    • @Escapingrheality
      @Escapingrheality  9 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Hi Hari, by sharing you mean room or apartment? For sharing room, at least 500 euros monthly and for individual between 800-1000 per month. I have made a new video on salaries today, so you can check IT salaries there. Saving in Ireland is initially tough because you will have to pay rent (which you can avoid in india if staying with parents) and rent is the biggest expense. But once you get a job, you can definitely save 500-1000 per month or more depending on lifestyle and income.
