I was wondering why we didn’t blame Amax for not communicating the annual fees jumps before they happened or telling them how they should communicate their annual fees jump, I forgot Bilt doesn’t have an annual fee!!!!

Amex just sort of built that expectation and when they mention refresh everyone KNOWS what to expect. Bilt is…not doing that
