You are a teacher par excellence. This was a strenuous flow but you make it so easy. Ended with sweat on the brow and a smile on the face. Fantastic Bharti. Thank you for all the effort you put in to get these asana practices for us. Am doing the 8 week programme now as per my schedule and enjoying it immensely 🙏🏻❤️
Just wanted to say you are amazing. I have started this 8 week yoga journey and I can feel not only my body but also my mind is enjoying this journey. Just have one question should I do it on alternative days or everyday???
Hi Sayani, thank you so much. I am glad you are finding this helpful ❤️. It’s up to you honestly. There is no harm in doing it everyday. I just started alternate days to make sure everyone gets some rest in between and can keep up :)
