Just bought the big fan kit for my trx made the install look easy great video guys!

If jetting is right shouldn't overheat
This is a solid setup for xc racing!
This is just and added measure of protection especially for the elements of racing like racing in a mudder jetting isn’t gna save ya when your machine has 100lbs of mud on her 🤣

How did the moose big fan kit hold up compared to this new glann kit?
I have always ran the spal big fans from BNR and they are great.
Also guys, I HIGHLY recommend running Glann chain guide, slide and case saver. The perfect three part system to save your chain from destroying your engine case.
There chain saver/chain slide/guide is a must have for sure!

Great video John! Ryan definitely knows his way around a Trx!! That fan moves some air when she kicks on for sure! What type of gusset does he like to use?
Hs built a few Honda’s so he does haha! This fan i beleive glann said was 600cfm the old spal fan he had was like 440 and stock i think is 200 so it really move the air! I think bcs did his gusset kits!
Ah awesome will surely help when the mud packs on! I had a 05 predator 500 about ten yrs ago that I made a homemade shroud for and seemed to help it as well. Thanks as always for your insight. Keep grinding my friend

John the bracket that holds the caliper, on my trx450 has a small amount of back and forth movement, is this a problem?
Those wear out quick even on the yfz’s its usually the caliper bracket itself or the little piece that keeps it straight on the swinger arm!
So what replace the small piece or the bracket. Is some movement normal
You have to look at it usually its the bracket but if your changing that i would do both so its a tight fit!
Did you guys hard wire the fan?
His setup originally is hard wired so he kept it that way hed have to fix his wiring harness to switch it around! His new quad its going to run normal by the temp sensor!

Thats from harbor freight! Its there 500lb lift table they also offer a 1000lb one as well it really works well and is on wheels so you can move the quad around easily and is super sturdy!
who makes those frame guards?
