Nice old Edsels never die. Mike Brogan in Floria restore the teletouch. I have had over ten Edsels during 40 years. Its a great car with stunning design. Keep it running!! Best wishes from Sweden
You’ve probably already replaced it, but there used to be a shop in Moncton NB and in central Massachusetts that would rebuild original date coded water pumps, as well as auto generators, good luck
Good to see some younger guys interested in the fabulous 50s cars. Oh I just hope you don’t go the route of most younger generations and destroy that rare Edsel by trying to modernize it 😮
Excellent purchase Matt, SO HOW MUCH EAS THIS BEAUTIFUL CAR? Sveral OF mines are All 4 doors and I also got a station wagon to., I would OF drained the gas out first (BEFORE) starting it and put fresh fuel in it, their is a drain PLUG In the lower passenger side of the gas tank, and I would of checked ALL THE FLUIDS BEFORE STARTING IT INCLUDING THE MASTER CYLINDER BEFORE PUMPN IT as this part is very expensive, AND THE TRANSMISSION, RADIATOR COOLANT, NEVER THE LESS. I LOVE IT, THAT THING HAS GOT THE 410/475 ENGINE LIKE MINES AND THEY LOVE GAS, THEIR HOG GUZZLERS. JUS FYI, DONT LEAVE THE KEY IN THE (ON) POSITION WITHOUT THE ENGINE RUNNING AS YOU WILL RUIN AND BURN OUT YOUR IGNITION POINTS, AS THEY WILL GET VERY HOT AND WILL OUT , AND ASLO ESPECIALLY THE COIL CAN HEAT UP AND EXPLODE AS ITS HAPPENED TO ME BEFORE. TAKE CARE OF THAT GOURGOUS BABY.👌😉😁😉👍

That's the result of taking care of a car that is being stored. Good video, Thanks.
thanks
Any Edsel with power windows is worth it - very rare option.
That drivers seat didn't get worn out and holes in it after 16000 miles you can bet its 116000
Will be watching the progress.
Thanks! The next video will be out soon
Very cool car. Nice shape! Hope you get it going soon👍🏻
Thanks 👍
First year of the fe. Those first year Edsels had some pep. 375 hp for yours. I'm restoring a 1958 Edsel Pacer.

My ‘58 has 8k miles on it and the first thing I looked at was the pedals for wear. I do believe it’s low miles as original
Hope you can restore the teletouch system.
