This bread is unbelievable !!!! It stays soft. Makes great toast , sandwiches. whatever you want . The texture is amazing even with sandwiches 🥪 it stays intact , doesn't crumble..and is incredibly soft! Its day 3 now and it is still soft!! I was very skeptical about this method because I have made every type of bread you can imagine by the kneading method..Well no more is all I can say to you bakers..This is the queen of all white breads and so easy!! Just try It you wont be sorry !!!! It is so tasty as well.. One thing I want to mention..First time I tried with bread flour and I had to keep adding water..So I just started over with the amounts in the recipe with all purpose flour and it turned out great. the dough was just a tad too wet . But as all you bread makers know every brand of flour is different so most of the time there is always adjustments to flour and water ratio. Climate is a factor as well.. My oven range is always 10 degrees higher also so that also needed adjustment. Thank you , Helly !!! I will be trying other of your recipes...So glad I watched your video!! Blaze
Prepared this last night , used milk instead of water. refrigerated as per instructions and baked it today morning, after the usual proofing. Result? AMAZING!! Taste exactly like bakery style bread, so flavorful and soft and perfect! Thank you so much for this recipe. Keep more such recipes (without egg) coming. I tried this recipe twice , got it better the second time ,I must say the fault is mine as I lack patience 😢 will try again as I like the way it came out . The problem is my dough came out after the overnight proofing , wet , and sticky , so I added a little flour , it was much better then .

I would use the same technique that you show here to make baguette, I just have to cut the dough in smaller size, and baguette shape. This is so much easier than most other instructions on how to make baguette 👍👍

I'm not an expert but I've been cooking bread for a few months, i believe you can, over night makes the dough elastic, so the overnight time does the kneading for you. If you don't over night, it won't be a chewy bread that's all. But yeah you can
Yes, you can do that if you use the stretch and fold method. I've used that method in some of my other videos. If you don't use that method, it won't taste very well.
It depends on your room temperature but i used 2 hours for the dough to double size at the temperature 21 C and if you put it somewhere warm, it will double quicker.

@@ashuhnI always follow Chef Wan's advise to stir the dried yeast into the water given with a bit of sugar to let it activate -- if no bubbles, that means your dried yeast is dead. Don't make bread, wasting your time and ingredients. Even just bought dried yeast may be dead.

Suggestion, include in your recipes the temperature of the water you add to the dry ingredients and the size of the bread pan. This would help beginners quite a bit.
The time changes for each different recipe, for this recipe, you should let the dough rest for about one and a half hours but it depends on your room temperature.

Yes, you can but the water might have to be adjusted a bit because whole wheat flour might absorb a different amount of water.

You mean you immediately baked it skipping the refrigeration.
C R well, i did let it sit for maybe 30-45 minutes after rolling and putting it in the pan (it is really warm where i’m at) before baking

冰箱的温度是面包最容易老化的温度 一两天吃完放室温密封 吃不完切片放硬冰 吃之前放烤箱烤一下

昨天做的很成功, 吃完了。今天又做了一个,很成功。看来稳定了。 下次如果把水换成奶,油换成黄油,不知道效果会如何, 还打算多放点糖
方法都是一样的,可以根据口味调整,如果换成牛奶可能需要多加10%左右。
