Ok I'm not going to deny that demi has a good voice but she gives the vibes of that one girl in school who was convinced that she could sing 💀
To be fair, Disney’s humour is still pretty much the same.
Looking back at the movie, does anyone else not feel like Tess was more of a presence than she was suppose to be? They said she runs the camp but I don't really even remember her doing anything on a big scale that tipped camp life in her favor. She was just a pest to the two main girls lol. Hell, Sharpay ran East High and an entire country club more than Tess ran the camp.

I remember the "embarrassed to be the lunch lady's child" thing was confusing when I first watched this. I didn't understand why the others would make fun of that. In elementary school, all the kids would compete to be the cafeteria volunteers for the week, and if we got chosen it felt like a huge honor. I guess for us, it made us feel grown up and responsible because we got "jobs."

When i was a kid and watching Camp Rock unironically, my dad groaned at the end of the movie saying he hated Demi Levota's voice because of the way Demi loudly EXHALES between every note and now I can never, ever unhear it, so sorry Demi
