It's probably a weird thing to notice, but I love the fact that Jax is just at his house. In his garage, in his room next to his guitars. A lot of the work out videos are at professional gyms and you don't have to have that. Thanks Jax for reminding me to work out anywhere.

I appropriately started this today and man I found my biggest weakness. The Pull-Ups were the bane of my existence because I can only do 5 before letting go. After that I could do only two. It was a bit embarrassing to find out things you are weak at but NO PAIN, NO GAIN! Thanks Jax, I'll keep going! ✌🏾😎

Whenever you say "land softly", it reminds me of when I was in high school eith my friends abd would pretend to be a ninja, and would jump and then land without making a sound, not even the slightest tap. It's a bit tricky, you gotta remember that gravity is faster than your calves and back thighs (?), and kinda use that. Also correct timing.
@@yhorm9959 thats the thing sometimes, he looks strong but is he truly strong??? Ive seen people my size, think like a light captain america for my physique, and they go with doing 70 or 80 pound dumbbells for each arm as an average.
The moment I saw Mirio’s quirk I was like this guy is going to be my favorite character and the fact that his quirk is only permiation he rocks his opponents with his raw strength and that’s another reason why he is the best character

I try to do a lot of TLAT but with my condition of a out of shape fat butt, knees unable to take heavy impact so no jumping and a lack of out side sport I’m glad to say that this for the past 5 week had helped me stay consistent. Not too demanding when it come to time or materials. (I save over a year to buy pull-up/dip/bench/squat rack). I went from 198-183 (I’m 5’6”). I admit I’m unable to do a good core workout but I’m able to do a lot better now than before and I’m getting better to do a couple of minutes of hitt boxing. My goal is to be able to kill this workout and go for the baki TLAT. I would like to do gouro’s but too many impact activities that I know I won’t commit to. Thank you so much for this jax. Truly appreciate it
alright, 3 weeks doing this workout with one little change. in train brazilian jiu jitsu on monday, wednesday and friday so the friday workout i'm doing on saturday(monday is fine but friday i'm too much tired to do two things). this workout is waaaay more fun than my last one(just a normal bro split) and made me realize how weak my shoulders are, i was doing a lot of chest, arms, back and legs but kind of forget about my shoulders. anyway, definitely going to keep this routine for a while.

Hey jax, great video, all of these require little equipment and easy to start upon. I do not have a pull-up bar however but I do have a dip station. Would bodyrows work instead of pull-ups?
Funniest thing I read about Mirio was in a fanfic where his chat name was "SwoleVaultBoy"..and then I looked at him again and realized he does look like a swole version of Fallout's Vault Boy..or a swole version of Tintin..who in the same fic he went to a Halloween party as.
I will for sure try this out once I finish up the athletic hero build workout. Starting phase 3 next week so pretty excited about that. For the yoga days I highly recommend his Luffy video. I been doing that after every workout and seeing lots of improvement in my mobility and flexibility. I can almost do a full hand bridge. When I started I could barley do the normal one. Just little by little like he says in the Luffy video go to hands and so on. I did that. Even if just for 5-10 seconds hold do if and you will improve to 15-20 and then eventually 30. I am huge advocate to that video now and will continue doing it after every workout.

Do slow pushups with a high rep count. Also simple dumbbell curls help with that pull strength. You can grab dumbbells anywhere. Even walmart.
