First of all..from my knowledge of engineering.. 1. side bars for the beam is not required if the depth of the beam is not too large. 2. In Stirrups for the beams there should be two hooks (135 degree bend) at the two ends..which are missing as seen in the video.. 3. In some beams top reinforcements are placed very close to each other.. according to design code there should be minimum distance between two reinforcement bars..
About bottom reinforcement, some people do support the cantliver especially in rural areas so i think it's save option to design as cantliver and supported beam in the same time
Nice one please make use of arrows to point out where there is a problem with a corresponding image of the proper corrections...sometimes getting your words seems difficult because of speed and accent so please subtitling should adopted.thanks

1. the max length of the cantilever beam mostly governed by the effective length of the last fully supported girder. 2. the number of top rebar of the cantilever beam is determined by the top rebar of the last span girder
The Engineer analyzed and designed the structure and shown on the plans but the Foreman did not follow the structural details. Maybe some of your observations are correct but it will be better to see the plan first as reference and make the best comment.

Use the max. Moment to design a cantilever beam, get the dimension and bars using the bending moment..
That scaffolding and formwork looks dodgy as hell!!! If it fails you won't even have a cantilever balcony to worry about.

Engineers always makes mistakes in plans and foreman always fix it. Lets be honest theory doesnt always work on actual
