    I had the privilege of knowing someone from my past who exuded humility and a down-to-earth nature, even during their childhood. Despite not being related, my mother used to take me to their home, and this individual, who consistently excelled academically, always warmly welcomed guests.

    When that banner came "adjust to 1.5x for better viewing experience" I felt like she's actually speaking in 1.5x speed, if we adjust to it we can't catch her. Jokes apart, great words from one of the potential woman who has broader vision. Kudos to you and thanks to have these kind of interviews in this platform 😊

  • @maverickranjan
    @maverickranjan 5 หลายเดือนก่อน

    At one point around 13 min she is defining her choice of committees and why she wanted to stick with enactus as she wanted to go deep rather than wide. But just before this, she wanted to get into Mckinsey. Consulting btw is all about going wide, rather than deep. Seems like an anomaly in her explanation. I have worked with various consulting firms like Deloitte, KPMG and EY India, and can definitely confirm that they give you the breadth of work in terms of the domain, function or technology. They don't let you go deep, especially in the early part of their careers. It fascinates me, that youth and brilliance together can still be a little underwhelming at times, for lack of two important aspects, maturity and experience. What Sanchie will also learn after her MBA is that most of the consulting these days is based in tech, and there are actually very few pure play strategy consulting projects like market entry strategy, product launch etc.
