For warlock on 2nd encounter - Use rain of fire boots with wardcliff coil and song of flame on solar subclass. Song of flame provides same benefits as heat rises to allow two icarus dashes in a row. Keep using icarus dash to reload wardcliff. Run triple arc surge mods. Consistently was able to beat the boss in two damage phases solo.
In addition, you can run Ashes, Char, and Eruption, and then get a single snap off just after the Servitor splits, and then go into wardcliff The ignitions will chain across all 10 servitors for the entire phase. Even with the huge DR they gave repeated ignitions it’s still a massive chunk of damage for no effort
Hynra video covers something for this. The free double I-Dash in SoF Super does not work with one of the glide types for some unknown reason, so make sure you don’t use the wrong one. I forget which one, but he mentions and shows it
Sure, the damage of each ignition on each target eventually drops really low But there are 10 targets igniting, and each one hits 10 targets, so the first chain set of ignitions does 100 ignitions worth of damage. The second set does another ~40, and the third set does another dozen or so. Not bad for one snap Even after it falls off completely, each round is still 10x10x0.03=3 times the damage of chaining ignitions on a regular boss without DR
As a Hunter main who did SF this, what ended up working for me is playing in a more active and offensive role rather than defensively. Playing defensively meant too many damage phases which meant I was exposing myself to more outcomes of dying. I know people recommend Lost Signal + Anarchy but you should take this a step further and grapple punch the boss to apply Unravel and Ascension to easily apply Jolt. Both of those will help with passive damage but also in feeding you Super + Transcendence energy because you should be pushing for 3x activation on both of those.
Yeah, barrel-stuffing Puppeteer is extremely practical and it’s honestly easier to dodge the lightning strikes when the platforms are clearly separated instead of a bunch of overlapping strikes on the main platform. Also, Hunters get to stick to golden gun for prismatic super which means orbs = Restoration.
A huge tip I have for Corrupted Puppeteer: When you're doing the prep phase, please utilize the SUPPRESSOR augment to DISABLE the Radiation Shields; but DO NOT kill them, as that will just respawn them again with Radiation Shields intact. Removing the Radiation Shields will make any clones coming into the Core Rooms far less of a threat to worry about. I got my Solo Flawless run completed a few days ago. Disabling the Radiation Shields were an absolute clutch play during preparation. Hope this helps anyone attempting their Solo Flawless! Good luck Guardians!
I was doing this, but even though I wasn't killing them they were still despairing then showing up again in the other room with the radiation back. Not sure why, but I just decided it wasn't worth the effort.
I was arguing with my buddy that I kept wiping to the nukes when the timer hit zero and he was like "You don't wipe." I didn't believe him because every time it hit zero for me, I wiped. Turns out I was just standing too close to the bomb at too low of health, lmao.
A possible (be it very scuffed and scary) strat for puppeteer on Hunter is to run Lament with a VS Velocity Baton rolled with attrition orbs. Put on facet of purpose with your Golden Gun super and you get restoration from all the orbs you generate. Idea being you tag the boss with Velocity Baton then swap to lament and get healing from both lament damage and your orbs. You can juuuust about get by focusing on the boss alone and mainly worry about repositioning for lightning strikes. This strat also pretty much guarantees a second super if you keep swapping back to your GL to keep attrition orbs going.
graviton forfeit allows essentially permanent invis in the final boss bomb rooms, boss phase takes bout 7 rotations with anarchy (bungie please re-enable tether :/)
@@xthecre8or735 I wonder why you have that specific role lmao, I still have my casxade point sticky decon edge, I miss fouth times the charm edge transit 😞
The big issue trying to solo the final boss as a hunter is I want to be able to do good damage, but I also want to survive. Those things feel mutually exclusive in that fight because there is no passive healing you can get with a hunter kit on its own unless you try Solar Resto and get solar weapon kills. And to me it just feels so sluggish and boring! The best damage ive gotten, without the flawless clear has by far been done with arc staff + star-eater. Having DOT soooo helps with this boss so you can focus on the clones.
That’s what makes a flawless run different from a normal run, anyone could do flawless with trial & error, and a little bit of luck, but it will take a while because you have to play more defensive then usual. The only difference with this dungeon is it actually keeps you on your toes when it comes time to damage
Arc Staff being a potential play gives me hope for my tradition of soloing every dungeon with Arc Hunter. Thanks for the heads up. I'll definitely give it a try if Arc Spear isn't cutting it. Edit: Rereading your comment I think you may have meant Arc Spear as that's the one that does damage over time.
Small tip for final boss that speeds things up just a smidge. If you drop a clone, and it successfully draws aggro, instead of shooting it, you can successfully detonate the clone by dumping suppressor into the terminal and taking it back again (this also resets the cooldown on the clone incase you miss)
I tried soloing the whole dungeon with ex diris on a hunter, first two encounters are completely possible and the third encounter is really no problem, except for the boss, they might as well have him wave a flag that says "fuck hunters" during the damage phase and it would have the same psychological effects.
I think the biggest tip is literally just patience and stay alive, if your about to die don't damage. If you got low health and nothing to keep you alive just cut your damage short. Literally just play your life and it's fine
I can definitely agree with the tip regarding Integration avoidance around 9:30 as I've wound up being a victim to that mechanic on multiple attempted runs.
I went through the odyssey of doing solo flaw on all 3 classes and ill just say this: Titan and Warlock took me 2 attempts with no optimization, hunter took me 3 days and i had to be locked in at all times. The difficulty spike really is hydrogen bomb vs coughing baby.
Don’t worry, people will still say hunter is over-powered or needs a nerf because they don’t want to admit the class they play is optimized for hand holding/survivability.
@@exxy9931 hunter is very good *if* there is big low health enemy density, if not, then its really uncomfortable to play since most of your survivability is invis and dr, not actual healing
@@exxy9931no, if its disproportionately harder for hunters they should be buffed, just like us titans were. You don't seem to realise that titan mains arent these evil scoundrels that want hunters nerfed so that they can rule the world or something. The ideal situation is every class being good just as much as each other.
BIG TIP FOR TITANS: On second boss, pop transcendence nade on the servitors as you use your super. The grenade is what allows for more chunk damage leading to potential 2 phase if you are lucky, still a little more inconsistent but it can happen and at least guarantees a three phase. (Also use hail of the storm with the tonic for more damage if you don't already)
If you can just manage to get off 50+ grand overture shots in any way possible: cheese spots, running around and constantly flying, or otherwise, it should be a 5-phase maximum with the worst rotations.
This. It's not about the difficulty, I can do the first 2 encounters and get to the final pretty easily and can do a phase of damage with the boss too. I just don't really have it in me to sit though 8+ phases of damage where a single mistake can ruin that run in an encounter that has many things going on.
As a Hunter, I’ve used Ex Diris, Hullabaloo, and Mothkeepers, on Prismatic with Ascension and Stylish Executioner. The moth kills apply an elemental debuff as it kills the enemy, so I can go invis, ascension is my emergency invis if lower level adds are around or a clone is low on health. Facet of Dominance means I can jolt enemies alongside blinding them, I get cure with Facet of Mending, and with Mothkeepers void moths spawn for overshield. I got a clear after nailing down a routine that took, admittedly, days to make work. Gotta be careful for being too close to the environment, enemies, stupidly enough Fallen Captain shots, and stupidest of all Ether Siphon ingredients flying towards you. The ether pickups DO count as physical objects, so bullets and explosives can come I to contact with it. I can’t tell you how many runs have been ruined because of that bs
@@danbaccaxboxone4547This happened after shooting all the operator panels. The doors closed. I proceeded to grab scanner and scan 2 before I screwed up a jump and fell onto the bunker door which deactivated scanner and I couldn't see which one was holding the nuclear core. I had to guess. If you shoot he wrong 1the timer goes down and wipes you immediately
@kiane1337 if it makes you feel better my mate on his solo flawless run didn't have a scanner on the final dmg phase in the 1st room. He had to guess which number to shoot
Rime Coat Raiment goes super hard on Raneiks. You can almost AFK the add waves with Devour up, you’re constantly getting a new turret up. Then make sure to throw one before you get Suppressor and you can benefit from the artifact and Facet of Command.
Leading up to final boss damage, if you pick up an augment and walk into the nuke dunk room (and do it with each of the 3 in the same room) you can create an infinitely respawning supply of yellow bar vandals in the opposite "lift" room. Marauders, dregs, and Servitors will stop respawning once youve killed them all, but the augment vandals will continuously respawn, which allows for some Star-Eater farming, ammo, etc. If you can get all 3 to spawn close enough together (by killing all 3 at the same time), you have some options to fully fill your armor charges as well.
On my solo flawless for Hunter, I used (for damage) Prismatic, Stompees and Grand Overture with a Lost Signal (Auto loading + Unrelenting) and Solar Rocket Side Arm (Heal Clip + Incan). The reason for this is that 1. Grand Overture is a very safe option for dps if you don't have/are comfortable with Anarchy 2. Stompees while being an overall damage loss, are VERY nice to have. They not only help you move out of the lightning attacks faster, but they keep you in the air so if for some reason the whole arena is unsafe, you should be fine. On top of that, while you are in the air (which is a lot) you get 30% Damage Resist. 3. You do not have healing options in this fight as said in the video. With the Weakening Grenade Launcher artifact, you can tag the clones a few times with Grand Overture and easily finish them off with Lost Signal, giving you a healing boost when you kill the clone. Rocket Sidearm is nice to have just as a safety net, but I only used it once during my damage. Also said in the video, just do it on Titan and Warlock if you can, it is a lot easier and less stressful if you do. Unfortunately for me, I can ONLY play Hunter.
I’m not trying to sound rude or condescending, but when you mention that you can ONLY play hunter, why is that, is it because you don’t have access to all the subclasses on the other characters/ beat all the campaign missions, could it be because you don’t quite understand how the other classes kits work, or you literally just don’t like the other classes. I’m genuinely curious
@@yunaslays I am one of those people that are 'when you play/do something, you have a main character that you will always play'. I can only play Hunter well I should have probably said, but someday I might give Warlock or Titan a proper go.
A slept on way of combatting the radiation clones that I’ve not heard spoken about: Enemy ai manipulation, the clones, being melee types, will ALWAYS prioritize getting straight to you. (Side note this does require line of sight aggro which is confusing to understand) 1. Maintain elevational distance, don’t be on the same level as them. 2. Keep moving, even if you find the clone that has the nuke, DO NOT STAND STILL. In fact create distance from it, guide the radiation clones AWAY from where you need to be. 3. You *do* want to prioritize speed, however, speed should not cost you your safety, you have a whopping 40 seconds to get that nuke into safety. These little guidelines helped me get my flawless, I hope they’ll treat you just as kindly
For the most part dungeons ain't hard on Hunter. Shattered, Pit, Grasp, Prophecy, Duality and even Warlord are pretty easy. The trouble ones are Spire, Ghost, and Vesper. Spire though overall is only tough at the end it's probably one of the easier dungeons up till the final encounter but invis can help a lot. Ghost first is easy 2nd is kinda tough but you get a lot of wiggle room while using invis but 3rd is definitely a problem. And Vesper. Now first encounter is easy 2nd is long but overall not bad it's 3rd were things get annoying. Especially since arguably the best subclass to run would be void. The subclass which currently has the good supers disabled and only it's god awful super available. This is a pretty big problem but I've seen Hunters do long but easy solo's. Generally you can safely with very little issue go for like 10 phases. You'll basically never die but you'll be there for a good like 2 hours. Boring as hell but possible if you want. You could go aggressive and do 2 phases if skilled 3 if not but you won't get many good healing choices outside of void with devour and invis.
For my solo flawless on hunter, the corrupted puppeteer. I used wormhusk with combo blow prismatic for the bottom section, with a heal clip heliocentric, nothing too special. But right before damage I switched to a star eater/galanor class item, farmed orbs, then started damage, immediately popped transcendence and golden gun, then killed the puppets with microcosm, and focused exclusively on dodging lightning until the puppets spawned, and used winters shroud/stasis melee to go invisible with stylish, used reaper/kinetic siphon for orbs to leave on the ground just in case, and focused exclusively on killing puppets and dodging lightning. With microcosm, I would usually get a second super, so after dunking the nuke, I would swap to celestial and then use that instead of star eaters, (tip, I had the easiest time hitting the boss with celestial when he ducked down to summon puppets) then I would just sit in the room, only dealing damage with microcosm when it was safe, constantly checking for clones and lighting until damage was over. Swapped back to wormhusk combo blow and repeat for 6 more phases. Took 56 minutes. I hate this dungeon
Forgot to add that I switched from combo blow and gamblers dodge to marksmans Dodge and withering blade for dps, just for a shorter cooldown and microcosm uptime. Also had lost signal for weakening, but that was an artifact perk.
Parasite is an extremely good weapon throughout the dungeon imo, I always use it until the final boss Cuirass of the Falling Star with Prismatic is also a good choice for the first encounter, since it oneshots the first 3 brigs until the big one, you also have healing if you take Knockout, and you also have Consecration with 4 uses with frenzied blade Lost signal is extremely good for charging the Transcendece bar, paired up with a Heal Clip weapon makes your bar charge fast if you know what you're doing Yes, Riskrunner is a great choice for the Raneiks Unified fight, but I love using Parasite with Lost Signal and Heliocentric w/Heal Clip or Zaouli's Also Tractor Cannon is a great option for the extra damage for the Super Behemoth with Star-Eater and Hail of the Storm absolutely shreds the boss Also Thruster is good throughout the Dungeon since you can pop the suppressor bomb and then thruster away immediately
For any Void Warlocks looking for a challenge by not using Solar or Prismatic (I'm weird I know): -Briarbinds -Feed the Void -Child of the old Gods -Empowering Rift Echo of Remnants/Undermining/Harvest/Starvation -Void Soul leech gives health on each tick and Briarbinds lets you deploy as many as you can Ran Wardcliff Coil for the Servitor and Triple GL for Puppeteer (Witherhoard/Velocity Baton/Acosmic) Mtop/Riskrunner for pre damage Had a ton of fun running this for the all void triumph solo, I'm super proud for piecing it together!
I've solo flawlessed every dungeon and got this dungeon done the Wednesday after it came out (on Prism Titan the entire time). Best strategy I found for the red nuke room was Edge of Action (exotic Titan glaive)- the mini-bubble you pop down provides some sorely needing cover, healing, and an overshield, which is exactly what you want for that room. Just make sure you have ways to generate ammo (basically just Alethonym) since I was swapping to Cuirass and Anarchy DPS build for the boss.
Me watching this with a smile on face as I completed my flawless yesterday lol. For tips: For the servitor boss, when you’re about to use suppressor to do DPS please watch out for integration as it can still take you out as the boss is deconstructing. This stopped so many of my runs. For last boss, I would suggest using suppressor for the bomb rooms ESPECIALLY the RED ROOM. Barely any coverage there to hide from apart from crouching in the back behind the boxes. Don’t suppress and kill the clones just have their radiation taken away with suppressor so that’s its easier to move around without worrying about radiation. USE TONICS FOR THE SERVITOR BOSS it helped my dps a lot. Take your time with it, there’s no limit time on this dungeon especially for the last boss. Hope this helps you with your flawless.
I did solo it with karnstien and a glaive on warlock. Also just put on heat rises, even if you use speaker sight it will still plop a turret in front of you after you eat the healing grenade, and it just negates the entire premise of those evil yellow lightning once you float around.
I don't have the mental fortitude to sit there for 5+ dmg phases. Its either efficiency or give me death (this dungeon is getting me to play titan lol, not that I dislike it just never got to it and I'm a warlock)
A small tip, when creating the suppressor clone, to auto-destroy it immediately press your grenade button and weapon fire at the same time which when done right instantly detonates the clone. Most useful for Raneiks to avoid its attacks and when starting dps.
Some more tips for the final boss: -Risk runner is gods grace, both in the red room and during dps. -You have no time limit. Take it slow and play save. -in the first 'upstairs' room, adds with infinitly spawn until tze boss leaves. YOu can use this to farm heavy and super -You can stick the immune boss with the season gl for infinite heavy buildup -After you break the shield, if you find yourself missing ammo, super etc, don't go to dps. Instead Let one buff be destroyed in the second burn room. This will cause the carries for said buff to infinitly respawn = Orbs and heavy -During dps, don't hesitate to kill the gun copies. 2-3 gl shots should kill them and it's 100% worth it -For chest mods, run 2 arc 1 solar resist during the prep phase. Swapp the solar resist for sniper resist for dps
Titans at the first encounter: Cuirass T-Crash can one shot the first three brigs and can take out the final brig when its health is about 2/3 or less. A knockout + consecration set up can easily net you your super back well before each nuke spawns, I used monte carlo for the regen + transcendence generation and a grenade launcher to weaken the final brig. Disclaimer: as cuirass damage is technically unintentionally high, I do not know if this will still be viable IF and when bungie addresses it. Also, if you're taking advantage of this episode's artifact, don't forget about the tonics, especially for the second encounter since one of them further increases the damage bonus to shattering crystals + frozen enemies provided by one of the perks.
Prismatic all the way for Locks for Servi encounter, abuse Getaway artists to have stasis and electro buddies helping you out and you are a one man army for dealing with ads. Surge mods and a swap to Lunas with Arc loader x2 speeds up Wardcliff reloads as well as sprint cancelling the last part of the reload speeds up your next shot.
Proximity Ward on your class item is a massive help for the 2nd encounter. The overshield during a finisher from it is good enough to tank an exploder shank and is great for saving you from a sneaky shank or two
For super choices i would like to add that you're going to benefit a lot from slowing/freezing effects from your stasis nades and supers. This boss has the same amount of HP as the witness, you just get to do damage to 9 targets at the same time. Over the duration of the phase, the little bosses keep drifting apart a little, but you can help keep them within the aoe of whatever you're using by freezing them. This is the big reason why the titan stasis super with star eaters is sometimes capable of a solo two-phase, it makes itself more consistent on top of the aoe damage.
For all you other hunter mains, for the prep phase for final boss, try Gravitons forfeit for the clone identification especially the red room. Get a clone low health, and then stick them with a magnetic grenade with weakening to proc invis for 7 seconds. This will make it so you have enough time to scan each and as youre coming out of invis should be killing the correct clone. Safe! Led to my clear (then hot swapped to dmg loadout going up stairs).
Although not necessary, one thing you can do to make the first encounter slightly smoother (albeit slightly longer) is, when you have a nuke and a brig is still up, use Anarchy, an area-denial gl, and other DOT sources (e.g. unravel, transcendence grenades). Periodically drop the nuke, shoot Anarchy and gl, apply DOT, then pick up the nuke again. This helps preserve the timer for a bit longer.
Do not sleep on Spirit of the Assassin if you're running prismatic. Used that on my titan along with Star-Eaters, and it made second encounter an absolute cake walk.
As a warlock player, IF YOU ARE COMFORTABLE WITH THIS STRAT, Using Heat Rises, Rain of Fire, icarus dash, and ward cliff with song of flame is an easy solo 3 phase, if not, a 4 phase. Using Sunbracers at the start and simply swapping to rain of fire while keeping heat rises up with SoF active deals HUGE damage since you can fire off constant rockets. Just a simple hop is all it takes to Reload warcliff and easily get off 4-5 volleys for an easy 3 phase. Using SoF, Ember of Ashes and Ember of Char for constant ignitions, even if they lose out on damage is still passive damage.
tip for suppressor: the clone doesn't need line of sight AND you can detonate it immediately when you drop it. so for the raneiks boss fight, you can drop the clone in safety behind cover, and if you hold fire while you drop it, you'll start shooting instantly. it will usually detonate before you're even done doing the animation.
4:32 Titans alternative idea to possibly help someone out. I used solar with a pyrogale swap and wardcliff coil for damage. Hammer the suppressor shank for buffs Pop the boss, super, barrier, go to town.
Now that ignitions are fixed in encounter two use solar on warlock with the fragment that spreads scorch on ignitions. You can run well for survivability, just pop it before you shoot the last button and it will last for a majority of damage. Two phase with good damage, three phase all day.
If your doing the load out swap make sure you have special and primary in the same slot, if you swap a load out that has a special energy weapon to with a kinetic, you lose all ammo for it. Also it’s better to stack orbs with no surge and then swap to your surge load out when your in the elevator, more time
For the first encounter I HIGHLY recommend Parasite. It is fantastic for deleting the yellow bars and killing brigs. Just make sure to also equip a solar holster mod. For final encounter on Hunter, I have had some very real success using Lament of all things. I was messing around on a CP I saved trying different strats and I got through three full cycles of mechanics and DPS with Lament. My play was sub par, and where many many players will get two (occasionally three) golden guns during this fight, I could not quite get my second one up in time. So with that disclaimer, after three phases and about 20min I had this boss half dead and I didn't feel stressed. Nor did I use ANY gear swaps. Another crucial piece for Hunters is the Strand Man Decoy Dodge. It is as good as or better than Invis in this fight and it has saved my ass many times in various nuke rooms where even an Invis wouldn't have saved me. Trust me, just put it on. As for Lament... Lament heals you, and being a sword it makes doing the nuke rooms a breeze because it will instantly delete the nuke clones. It's also extremely ammo efficient and does decent damage given that it heals you. The only hangup is that you MUST have a good eye for when lightning is striking. If you are someone using a cheese spot to avoid having to deal with lightning, this strat won't work for you. The idea is to run Prismatic with Celestial GG, either one of the area denial GLs, your favorite SMG, and Lament. For me personally it's the Salvation's Edge SMG with Slice and Chaos Reshaped (dodging a lot means Slice is up all the time), I also have an Attrition Orb Void special GL from the dungeon. The Attrition Orbs are nice, but they aren't required. Mostly they will help you get your super back and keep your solar surges active longer. But it isn't a required perk to use this strat. It takes some practice, but this is the way I'm going to be getting my clear. It felt safe, consistent and stable.
(after solo flawless) for any titans: A class item with inmost light and ALPHA LUPI (I know it’s weird) is the best thing to run for survivability against the puppeteer because you can heal a third of your health just for using thruster, which you get almost every 10 seconds
Hunters REALLY need a way to get heals that (a) isn't Wormhusk-tier, (b) requires kills (especially melee), or (c) requires orbs (seriously, many Hunter solo DPS here *require* VS Velocity Baton with Attrition Orbs). They have zero true-neutral heals that the other classes do. Really hope this boss fight shows Bungie that Hunters really struggle in solo endgame content, and even in team content...just take a Titan.
i hope you dont get a lot of flak for this. i think this is big true, but at the same time i feel if they gave hunters some sort of neutral heal. people would maybe just play only hunter. again i hard agree with you, i just dont know how they would add it in a healthy way that makes other classes not feel “useless”. like maybe nerfing the supers for hunter dmg wise ? idk im not on the balance team.
lol Hunters have always been the weakest solo class in the game. I have no idea how Datto is just realizing that. Also, Titans being the easiest isn’t a revelation either. Titans are easily the best class in the game and have been for a long time.
@@truv_ my main gripe with this, is that prism Hunter already has the worst supers damage wise tho so idk what more we could lose. Talking about the healer class option which is solar, solar Hunter shouldn’t and frankly can’t keep up with the healing of a Warlock and while I get that, solar Titan has so many ways to heal itself consistently that don’t require kills so why can’t Hunters also be up there? And with void, people say we have invis all the time but it’s not the end all option people think it is since it keeps you out of the fight, you’re not doing any damage while waiting to recover health in invis, and not to mention titans get controlled demolition as another way to heal when not using devour.
under the stairs in the red room is complete protection from everything, if you put op in the left fridge it will be in the thing right next to the stairs
!!PSA!! There is a bug if you stand too close to the bunker door once u deposit the nuke to extend the boss damage you will insta-die to the wave. It seems to kill u fairly fair away from the door so I would stand by the nuke deposit until the wave passes, then run up to the door before it opens as to lot loose sweet dps.
Hearing that it doesnt use any glitches or cheese spots is the best thing ive heard in a long time. I get so tired of people pretending theyre better at the game bc they cheese everything
Honestly, as a Hunter, the first two encounters weren't that bad. But the final boss... I spent like 20 minutes or so doing the mechanics leading up to damage, as most healing builds on hunter requires killing something, which is not easy to do in those lower rooms. I finally got to DPS, and I did my damage, nearly dying multiple times. When I went back down, I simply left to orbit. I was so demoralized by my damage that I gave up. And listen, this isn't my first rodeo. I did the previous three dungeons solo flawless. They gave me stress, but I did manage them
Hunter here. I found great success with Levi's + Void. It's a shame we don't have tether but I turned that into a panic button. SES with 6x Feast of Light and Spectral Blades is great survivability if shit goes south. You'll only die in boss room if you're truly messing up or got unlucky enough that the destiny gods were intervening to kill you. I started dps by killing the first two shooting clones with Levi's, then shooting the boss. Usually hiding around the back left behind the pipe stand/antenna. Jump to the right side and hide behind cover there if lightning struck the usual spot. Hopping avoided melee guys, Levi's stunlocked the boss preventing retaliation, all in all, usually don't get close to dying. Then, when the final clones spawned, I used a Levi shot to kill the one holding the bomb, then used the rest on the boss. If almost dying, pop super, grab orb, run to deposit. If not, just normal cloak, grab bomb, run to deposit. If things are going south in general, just jump in the hole. Not worth the death. If I made it to deposit nuke, I swapped to Outbreak and just shot the boss from inside my safety room. I never died during damage but I did die during set up. My first death was because I didn't have scanner and tried guessing but didn't guess correctly. I also usually don't deposit scanner and didn't have it in my muscle memory to go reacquire it. Second death was to richochet rounds. Turns out, you can shoot the #4 panel just right that it richochets onto a #1 panel. Don't use richochet rounds on your guns for a SF. Third death I died to traps. Something I was surprised datto didn't bring up is that the trap rooms are different based on which room you start with. I agree red room is worse but because the trap room is more dangerous. The angle on the first two traps is setup specifically to murder you if you trigger either of them. If you are EU and live far away from the server, by the time the game registers you triggered a trap, the ping will screw you over because you've already done one second of action into the trap you triggered with no way to respond and you'll die. I learned to just throw a grenade before making my trip, so that avoided all deaths from then on. Next attempt was a success. It is bad and I missed tether but I would ironically say patience is the better move here rather than playing offensively. Ye, you'll get it done in shorter phases but, if you're doing SF, setup will become routine. Prioritize life is better, imo. For stats: 6 phase 2nd, 11 phase 3rd, 3h 20m run
Second boss: Activate prismatic, pop suppressor clone, shoot clone, throw prismatic grenade, shoot parasite (or tractor, which I’m sure works, possibly better, but I never used it), then go to town with glacial quake (preferably with boosted hail the storm) and it’s an easy two phase. Even better if you can slip a consecration slam in before or after
Having solo'd it on a hunter, lament with attrition orbs on the dungeon gl is the way to go. Easy 4-5 phase and never had to worry about heavy ammo. The main difficulty for me was red room.
My biggest challenge in this dungeon is my own short-term memory loss. I've already caused wipes with others from forgetting; I don't even want to think about trying to solo flawless this dungeon 😅
I think it absolutely will stop most people who decide to stay on a hunter for this one. Hunters ain’t got hardly any regen on demand. Without that this encounter takes the most ridiculous difficulty spike I’ve ever seen.
if you are on hunter swap to stompees after popping gg its for the damage resist and you aren't going to be on the ground much anyways so it kinda feels like a no brainer
haven't done it myself yet on hunter, waiting for attrition orbs velocity baton, but i saw a run here on youtube of someone doing it with velocity baton and lament, two sources of healing that don't require kills. offense is the best defense
👏WORMHUSK👏 swap to nighthawk, pop super then swap to wormhusk for the final boss. Pair this with an attrition orbs smg or velocity baton (i used a heal clip/attrition orbs parabellum) and you'll have no problem staying alive. Recuperation, facet of purpose and hope for maximum heals.
Honestly I think for the first encounter there is an even easier way to do it as a Titan, Lost signal, graviton Lance and a envious assassin or envious arsenal bait and switch grenade launcher, on berserker Titan because then banner of war will help you survive the torrent of adds, I pretty much only die when I'm using that set up from just trying to rush something, and because there is no enraged timer if you run out of ammo in your heavy for some reason you can just sit in the middle room for a minute or two using graviton Lance to destroy all of the enemies before you and you'll have Max heavy in no time.
I have never run out of ammo for my heavy, because I find this to be really generous (as in the nuke doesn't have the timer go down when you're carrying it and you have 60 seconds so you should be fine but try to get to the big brig with at least 34-35 seconds) you can just use your lost signal and graviton Lance to burst down the big invisible guys but if you want to get them done quicker you can just pull out the grenade launcher and you should have enough ammo if you're running at least one heavy ammo finder mod.
It’s about time someone finally admitted that Hunter isn’t as broken contrary to popular belief. Hunter is a rogue like class, which normally equates to Glass cannon. Yes dps is crazy but when solo without rift or well you’ll die unless you play extremely cunningly. Your only crutch is invis and a healing melee on kill. If no ads your dead or of cooldown you’re dead. Especially in endgame content.
I've soloed every other dungeon on Arc Hunter + Forbearance. Hopefully this won't be the one to break my little tradition. That final boss is probably going to be a whole lot of dodging and praying when I do attempt it though.
I know not everyone likes unbreakable but ill note for titan buds, it fully tells explosive shanks to fuck off in my experience, just make sure to switch weapons so you can conserve some grenade energy unless ya really wanna blast
Hunter's pure solar build I feel has some potential here because it has pretty regular healing available. I would probably run that if I try this with dragon's breath for got dot and aoe in one, then just jump around like a madman. This was my strat for season of the wish with the seasonal content and it usually did pretty well. I'd be interested to see how it would fair here.
Has anyone tried to use Riskrunner with peacekeepers on the final boss? You can have infinite ammo and arc resistance with riskrunner, and peacekeepers gives it a good dmg buff. I haven't tried it yet because I don't have the dungeon key 😢.
for 2nd synthos does more damage, tractor the decoy and boss at the same time then through the transcendent grenade and use super, its super easy to get a 3 phase but you cant 2 phase as the boss bugs out
I literally tried on Hunter, just to see if I can and I had a very veeeeeery weird setup going and failed after 7 phases due to an error booting me to orbit...... My setup literally was an attempt at just constantly staying invis at all times. I used Graviton Forfeit on base Void Hunter with 100 Resil and 100 Strength 2 melee Kickstarts (4 charges - so 1 charged up mod) and well the fabled Velocity Baton with Repulsor Brace and Attrition Orbs. You are constantly within the vicinity of 2 enemies basically at all times anyways, therefore you'll also have Graviton's 800% melee regen bonus basically at all times, which theeeen in turn just means: Oh my invis is about to run out, welp here i ho Trapper's Ambushing again (quick tip, if you don't feel too comfortable with the timing Echo of Persistence just provides a lot more leeway). The strat is simple: use any good kinetic Primary of your choosing that can also deal with chunkyer targets, I'd use an Explosive Payload + Kinetic Tremor's Midnight Coup or an Attrition Orb + Kinetic Tremors Multimach. And dps itself goes like this: 1. shoot Velocity + shoot 2 Anarchy shots. 2. Trapper's Ambush 3. run around while totally invis + reload everything (Graviton gives 100 recov and 100 reload speed as well) 4. repeat. Basically I'm just an invisible little bastard that can't be targeted. I'd be lying if I saif it was a good setup, I'd also be lying if I said I wasn'tsuprised with how well it technically works if you are patient as hell.
Effectively the same as Dimensional Hypotrochoid from Neomuna. Both guns have Envious + One for all. OFA is the highest damage perk either get and it procs instantly on the boss because of how many targets there are.
Once tether get's re-enabled, I am 100% attempting this using the navigator + tether setup. Feel like it would be way easier using that setup especially for any encounter before final encounter, idk if it's feasible to do during final boss damage.
I’m a hunter main but I swapped to a Titan for contest mode and I’m thinking that’s what I’ll attempt solo with lol For the servitor boss if you’re running an energy primary and a special gl I recommend switching to a rocket sidearm as you get teleported, it’ll one shot the shanks. Area denial frames are nice but sometimes the aoe will “stun” them and they can start moving erratically if you don’t outright kill them. Seen them back up from it but also seen them ngaf
Try Stylish Executioner + The Call sidearm with the perk Slice for the boss room if you need to take a minute to recover health. Dodge to proc slice and then whatever you kill makes you invisible.
Real ones watched Datto suffer live attempting this on Hunter.

@@TargetSniper365laughs with how you can just use vs baton with attrition orbs then use lament for the final boss. Doable in 3 phase

@ lmao Copium
For warlock on 2nd encounter -
Use rain of fire boots with wardcliff coil and song of flame on solar subclass. Song of flame provides same benefits as heat rises to allow two icarus dashes in a row. Keep using icarus dash to reload wardcliff. Run triple arc surge mods. Consistently was able to beat the boss in two damage phases solo.
THIS. Datto didn’t do good enough research
In addition, you can run Ashes, Char, and Eruption, and then get a single snap off just after the Servitor splits, and then go into wardcliff
The ignitions will chain across all 10 servitors for the entire phase. Even with the huge DR they gave repeated ignitions it’s still a massive chunk of damage for no effort
Hynra video covers something for this. The free double I-Dash in SoF Super does not work with one of the glide types for some unknown reason, so make sure you don’t use the wrong one. I forget which one, but he mentions and shows it
@ after the first two ignitions, no not really. My friend tried chaining ignitions, and the damage after like 3 of them was locked at 224
Sure, the damage of each ignition on each target eventually drops really low
But there are 10 targets igniting, and each one hits 10 targets, so the first chain set of ignitions does 100 ignitions worth of damage. The second set does another ~40, and the third set does another dozen or so. Not bad for one snap
Even after it falls off completely, each round is still 10x10x0.03=3 times the damage of chaining ignitions on a regular boss without DR
You're wrecking the pity party around here. :) Thanks for sharing that offense can be the key to this.
Seriously people need to stop crying about other classes in PVE and get good. I solo flawlessed on all 3 characters.

A huge tip I have for Corrupted Puppeteer:
When you're doing the prep phase, please utilize the SUPPRESSOR augment to DISABLE the Radiation Shields; but DO NOT kill them, as that will just respawn them again with Radiation Shields intact.
Good tip, I did this too
we out here call that "defusing the bombs"
I was doing this, but even though I wasn't killing them they were still despairing then showing up again in the other room with the radiation back. Not sure why, but I just decided it wasn't worth the effort.
@benshiperoismyhero9092 There's usually 1 that jumps in but I'd rather deal with 1 Radiation Clone than 3.
I did that to get my clear. Otherwise I’d get trolled somehow and get me would radiate me to death every time.
ngl had no idea the nukes could explode and you wouldnt die, that just made this thing 10x easier to complete

@@ethanrapp6998 Yeah I did, I just all call them arc staff because I'm used to calling it that lol
Loooool i like ur sense of humor am a hunter main but had to titan this one

@@snickerdoge4903”Hunter is good for ad clear” awesome dude
BIG TIP FOR TITANS: On second boss, pop transcendence nade on the servitors as you use your super. The grenade is what allows for more chunk damage leading to potential 2 phase if you are lucky, still a little more inconsistent but it can happen and at least guarantees a three phase. (Also use hail of the storm with the tonic for more damage if you don't already)
Never doing it solo ever. Massive skill issue at the boss and i don't feel like sitting there for 10 damage phases to get a solo clear.

Don't fall in the room where you dunk the nuclear core. Took my scanner away and I couldn't see which one I needed to kill
Just have to go to middle for a new scanner
The reason for this is that
1. Grand Overture is a very safe option for dps if you don't have/are comfortable with Anarchy
Hoping you guys get buffs soon this sounds miserable as a titan main.
A slept on way of combatting the radiation clones that I’ve not heard spoken about:
Enemy ai manipulation, the clones, being melee types, will ALWAYS prioritize getting straight to you. (Side note this does require line of sight aggro which is confusing to understand)
"Don't do it on a Hunter" Ah yes another dungeon that is the hardest for solo Hunters mains
Thank you Datto for this video. I love your videos.
You love them?
Thanks!
Parasite is an extremely good weapon throughout the dungeon imo, I always use it until the final boss
Cuirass of the Falling Star with Prismatic is also a good choice for the first encounter, since it oneshots the first 3 brigs until the big one, you also have healing if you take Knockout, and you also have Consecration with 4 uses with frenzied blade
Lost signal is extremely good for charging the Transcendece bar, paired up with a Heal Clip weapon makes your bar charge fast if you know what you're doing
Yes, Riskrunner is a great choice for the Raneiks Unified fight, but I love using Parasite with Lost Signal and Heliocentric w/Heal Clip or Zaouli's
Also Tractor Cannon is a great option for the extra damage for the Super
Behemoth with Star-Eater and Hail of the Storm absolutely shreds the boss
Also Thruster is good throughout the Dungeon since you can pop the suppressor bomb and then thruster away immediately
Yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes. Mans is SPITTING 🗣
21:45 This simple realization just completely changed how I'm going to approach the second half of DPS, since that's where I was dying most often.
For any Void Warlocks looking for a challenge by not using Solar or Prismatic (I'm weird I know):
-Briarbinds
-Feed the Void
-Child of the old Gods
-Empowering Rift
Echo of Remnants/Undermining/Harvest/Starvation
-Void Soul leech gives health on each tick and Briarbinds lets you deploy as many as you can
Ran Wardcliff Coil for the Servitor and Triple GL for Puppeteer (Witherhoard/Velocity Baton/Acosmic) Mtop/Riskrunner for pre damage
Had a ton of fun running this for the all void triumph solo, I'm super proud for piecing it together!
Exotic glaive mentioned, opinion accepted
Tip: as a warlock, on raneiks you can use a song of flame super with ember of ashes and char for an infinite ignition chain, this is an easy two phase
Its either efficiency or give me death (this dungeon is getting me to play titan lol, not that I dislike it just never got to it and I'm a warlock)
what happened at 7:29 to the ammo in the magazine? how broken is envious
If ignitions didnt also do reduced damage to the final boss hellion+Dragons breath would have been perfect
A small tip, when creating the suppressor clone, to auto-destroy it immediately press your grenade button and weapon fire at the same time which when done right instantly detonates the clone. Most useful for Raneiks to avoid its attacks and when starting dps.
Was a game changer when I figured it out honestly
ATP’s 2+ hours attempt still hunts me
"don't do it on a Hunter"
That sign can't stop me, because I can't read
Some more tips for the final boss:
-Risk runner is gods grace, both in the red room and during dps.
-You have no time limit. Take it slow and play save.
-in the first 'upstairs' room, adds with infinitly spawn until tze boss leaves. YOu can use this to farm heavy and super
-You can stick the immune boss with the season gl for infinite heavy buildup
-After you break the shield, if you find yourself missing ammo, super etc, don't go to dps. Instead Let one buff be destroyed in the second burn room. This will cause the carries for said buff to infinitly respawn = Orbs and heavy
-During dps, don't hesitate to kill the gun copies. 2-3 gl shots should kill them and it's 100% worth it
-For chest mods, run 2 arc 1 solar resist during the prep phase. Swapp the solar resist for sniper resist for dps
Speakers sight pre damage and stag rift on the antena made this boss fight a breeze for my solo flawless
The eyploder shanks at servitor boss are ridiculous dude. Little nukes😂
There’s always that one class that’s gonna suffer for each new dungeon
tip for suppressor: the clone doesn't need line of sight AND you can detonate it immediately when you drop it. so for the raneiks boss fight, you can drop the clone in safety behind cover, and if you hold fire while you drop it, you'll start shooting instantly. it will usually detonate before you're even done doing the animation.
Also it’s better to stack orbs with no surge and then swap to your surge load out when your in the elevator, more time
Wave frame sword with the riskrunner perk is amazing in the second fight
(after solo flawless)
for any titans:
A class item with inmost light and ALPHA LUPI (I know it’s weird) is the best thing to run for survivability against the puppeteer because you can heal a third of your health just for using thruster, which you get almost every 10 seconds
I love how much Daddo supports us in our efforts to defeat this game.
Use liars only 2 melee heal dont nead kills
@@HollowLoxyou can’t out heal boss damage with liars the way you can on Titan and Warlock
i hope you dont get a lot of flak for this. i think this is big true, but at the same time i feel if they gave hunters some sort of neutral heal. people would maybe just play only hunter. again i hard agree with you, i just dont know how they would add it in a healthy way that makes other classes not feel “useless”. like maybe nerfing the supers for hunter dmg wise ? idk im not on the balance team.
lol Hunters have always been the weakest solo class in the game.
Me, a Hunter main, watching this…interesting…*will do it on a Hunter anyway 🤣
For extra survivability on hunter (or in general) you can use a non-exotic heavy weapon and run buried bloodline for devour, makes a big difference.
under the stairs in the red room is complete protection from everything, if you put op in the left fridge it will be in the thing right next to the stairs
Deconstruct is your friend for the first encounter.
They gave me stress, but I did manage them
For 2nd encounter as a titan i found parasite to be way more effective damage wise. Could very nearly 2 phase relatively consistently
21:50 every warlock knows that pain
You don’t get it do you? Hunter mains already know, that will not stop us.
I think it absolutely will stop most people who decide to stay on a hunter for this one. Hunters ain’t got hardly any regen on demand. Without that this encounter takes the most ridiculous difficulty spike I’ve ever seen.
@@henrytate857 I Will say, i prefer it that way, i like having the heal be based on skill
5:16 I imagine a hullabaloo would probably work as well with a T-crash cuirass titan or a gathering storm raiju's hunter
t crash can split the servitors far apart so it's better to use behemoth
if you are on hunter swap to stompees after popping gg its for the damage resist and you aren't going to be on the ground much anyways so it kinda feels like a no brainer
haven't done it myself yet on hunter, waiting for attrition orbs velocity baton, but i saw a run here on youtube of someone doing it with velocity baton and lament, two sources of healing that don't require kills. offense is the best defense
Honestly I think for the first encounter there is an even easier way to do it as a Titan,
Lost signal, graviton Lance and a envious assassin or envious arsenal bait and switch grenade launcher, on berserker Titan because then banner of war will help you survive the torrent of adds,
I pretty much only die when I'm using that set up from just trying to rush something, and because there is no enraged timer if you run out of ammo in your heavy for some reason you can just sit in the middle room for a minute or two using graviton Lance to destroy all of the enemies before you and you'll have Max heavy in no time.
I know not everyone likes unbreakable but ill note for titan buds, it fully tells explosive shanks to fuck off in my experience, just make sure to switch weapons so you can conserve some grenade energy unless ya really wanna blast
that titan dmg is abysmal
Where did Datto go?
Me, a hunter: "Challenge Accepted!"
And dps itself goes like this:
1. shoot Velocity + shoot 2 Anarchy shots.
2. Trapper's Ambush
3. run around while totally invis + reload everything (Graviton gives 100 recov and 100 reload speed as well)
4. repeat.
Basically I'm just an invisible little bastard that can't be targeted.
I'd be lying if I saif it was a good setup, I'd also be lying if I said I wasn'tsuprised with how well it technically works if you are patient as hell.
Loved the Title
I used prismatic titan with assassins's cowl/snytho class item. Going invis was super helpful in final boss.
I would like to hear how the guardian games heavy wave gl does on this boss, it seemed to have WAY better damage rolls.
Effectively the same as Dimensional Hypotrochoid from Neomuna. Both guns have Envious + One for all. OFA is the highest damage perk either get and it procs instantly on the boss because of how many targets there are.
Datto loves his economic quips xD
Once tether get's re-enabled, I am 100% attempting this using the navigator + tether setup. Feel like it would be way easier using that setup especially for any encounter before final encounter, idk if it's feasible to do during final boss damage.
"And by 'on par,' I mean 'harder.'"
I’m a hunter main but I swapped to a Titan for contest mode and I’m thinking that’s what I’ll attempt solo with lol
For the servitor boss if you’re running an energy primary and a special gl I recommend switching to a rocket sidearm as you get teleported, it’ll one shot the shanks.
