  • នំអាកោដុត - Honeycomb Cake Ingredients:
    Tapioca Flour: 400g.
    Rice Flour: 40g.
    Baking Powder: 20g.
    Egg: 8x/510g. room Temp.
    Oil: 2 tbsp.
    Sugar: 210g.
    Salt: 1/2 tsp./6g
    Coconut Milk: 400 mL/1 can
    Pandan Extract: 1/2 tsp.
    Vanilla Extract: 1 tsp.
    Bake in 350°F for 50-55 minutes
    Leave in the oven 10 minutes after turning off
