-Sugar: 500g
-Coconut Milk: 530-560g
-Roasted Sesame: 2-3 tbsp.
-Fresh Coconut: 100-200g (optional)
If you use fresh palm paste, add 1 tsp. salt

You can add sugar 40% -60% of the tapioca flour weight. I normally don't want to use too much sugar because the taro is already very tasty. Depending on how sweet you like and don't forget to add 1/2 tsp of salt.
