29:52 "I don't know that I would ever program people to do sets of [RPE] 9 or 10 unless we were getting really close to a meet, really isolation focused, or somebody really requested it for a short period of time"
but... Strength 1 has sets at 9 basically every day.

You are doing Strength-1 template because you are preparing for a meet or just want to test your 1RM. "that's close to meet"?

S1 is literally meant to max 1rms and build up to a meet

What I find so hilarious about the test question, are a) the things that were already said, namely the fact that T has not been measured for long enough or accurately enough to support any bold claims about the "downfall of Western Civilization" as well as the fact that, among other things, receptor sensitivity makes these ideas about "Science is scamming you if they tell you 350ng/DL is normal for healthy males, all our ancestors had at least a 1000" even more ridicolous than they already are, and b), this belief that somehow all of our "forefathers" were these hyper masculine chads with absurd test levels, which does not compute at all. Up until fairly recently, a large part of the population was both way overworked and way undernourished, with little access to "high T foods" like steak, no Zinc supplements either, - How is that all the gurus, who apparently already do anything in terms of nutrition, exercise, sleep, etc. to have the highest possible T still have way lower levels than these supposed ancestors they claim to know so much about and therefore require shots to the cheeks weekly? Could it be that they just created an ahistoric ideal to justify drug abuse? Na...
