Plateup is if overcooked and cooking mama meshed together and made a roguelike, you create a restaurant as a group and have to survive to your 15th day. If a single customer is un happy, the whole restaurant closes down.

The leisurely eating increases all eating by 10 seconds so
Hotdogs : 4-14
Coffee : 2/3-12/13

You prob already know this, but that little discovery you made with condiments also works with plated food. As long as the conveyor is adjacent to the table (doesn't have to be belting the food onto the table), they will serve themselves off the belt during the ordering phase. Pretty fun to mess with on high overtime with customers ordering on their own, assuming you have metal tables to kill off sides and a main dish that isn't over complicated by "options".
Hot dogs are ideal for this, as their "options" (condiments) are also easy to automate as shown. You could even combine the condiment conveyors with the food delivery conveyors.

As said above its 10 seconds so hot dogs go from 4 to 14 seconds, more than 3x in this case.

I think you could have survived if you had the 3rd table set up to pull dirty plates and just threw a condiment on the single conveyor as it came up
I was thinking putting the table in the top three one (and just make it a four table), so there’s access to deliver easier
I'm 12 minutes in and already imagining plated auto dogs fed onto a 3rd grabber pointing kitchenside. so then all he has to do is take orders, feed them coffee, and start the washer every now and again. xD
If the tables were longer and made of metal, he could also automatically serve coffee to each table and ignore sides. He could also take orders using the ordering terminal so he can use the space by the tables for automation.
If he'd leaned into this more heavily he could have taken mash potato and not picked the run ender that is leisurely eating.
Wish I was there live to tell you NO DONT TAKE THAT CARD!!! it really does fell like it takes 2-2/12 times longer to eat .
Great job with the condiments tho. Also I know you got smart grabbers first but I do believe you can clear a table with regular grabbers as well (Not conveyors)
Other then that great run really thought you would of went far without that card. Can't wait for the next vid
it's more than 2times longer. it adds 10 seconds of eating time.. that's 5x longer for some things

Leisurely eating isnt that bad, but when its combined with Individual dining and all you can eat it becomes a nightmare.
You could do it in just 2 tables each if you alternate the ketchup and mustard on either side of the tables. It would use one less conveyer, one less condiment and 3 less tables.
The bottom table would only have space for 1 condiment. But you can just keep the missing one close and serve them manually. Or extend only the bottom table to 3 long.
Fair point. Bottom table would be an issue. Either extend to 3 or shift coffee cold storage to in front of coffee and have another conveyor there.
I still don't understand the auto condiments. They aren't pointed towards the tables, I just don't get how the tables get it.
They can grab anything they want off conveyors even if it's not pointed towards them
Alternate title I turned a sushi conveyor restaurant into a hotdog place.
Just realized that the 6 diamond works on the coffee too, so it costs 2 instead of 1 which is big.
You should consider getting sharp cutlery to force faster eating it works really well even if you dont take leisurely eating and you will probably need another coffee machine to smart grab empty cups from if you wanted to automate the coffee too.
How do you get the plates to magically get pulled at the end of the 3 tables? I tried that and I couldn't pull plates unless it was from the table they were actually sat on, am I missing some kind of perk?
When you're in the prep phase the table that has the number of seats over it is where you can pull the dirty plates from. You can change which table that is by just picking it up and putting it back down.

A thing you can do is also automate coffee, the same way you did ketchup and mustard/mayo(whatever it is). Here you could of done it by pulling all tables 1up, then place grabbers, one facing right 2 facing left (only downside is need for 4table long table). Place ketchup mustard and then make coffee, you always have 2 ready and they are autoserved. That would further increase your hotdog speed as you could use the prep table for hotdogs.
Or fully automate hotdogs, even serving and then you could of done coffee serving manually and you would have to do dishes. A further step you could of done to completely automate everything ,except taking orders and dishwashing, is placing the coffee on the left and autoserve it for the 2 tables. This would probably break the AIs pathing to the upper table

That two grabbers facing each other thing must be some sort of glitch, right? There is no way it's intended for conveyors to serve to tables they're not facing directly...
they can grab off of grabbers
its kind of like a suhsi machine so you can have a line of conveyors that customers can pick what they want off of.
it's so you can automate dishes that can be varied, for example steak, you can have a line of convyeors that switches between rare medium and well done, and customers can pick what type of steak want off the conveyor line, at least thats why i think the grabbers/conveyors work like that.
I made one to fully automate burger fabrication (I actually have a video showing it). But I really liked your setup for the plated and tables! Also, btw, I think coffee (and desserts in general) really annoying in an automation run.

most times he scraps, and he definitely did this time since leisurely eating would cripple a franchise. Unless there is another video about how he franchised a rune, like the fish one with itsgng, he scrapped it
@@benjamincruz6633 he doesnt have to take the leisurely eating in the franchise because you can only take 3 cards and the franchise card. He probably scrapped anyways because the franchise card was pretty bad.

I just got to Hot dogs yesterday and man I thought hot dogs are going to be simple but that's some complicated shit so I'm looking forward to setting up an automation system so this video came out at the perfect time! Thank you for this! I hope that they get updates pretty soon this game keeps going for several months cuz man it's got some great content and I haven't had this much fun in a while!
P.s. does it have to be a smart grabber can I just be a grabber for the ketchup and mustard?

he was saving it for more copying in the future i think. That was the grabber that spawned all of the other grabbers he bought after this point

Can you try to play Card Survival: Tropical Island? The game is getting close to its full release, so the devs are trying to reach out to other youtubers to play the game and see what's their opinions (I mean, I'm not one of the game's developers, but it doesn't hurt to promote their product, right?).
The game got recently updated, and it will be the last update they release on early access, as the final release is getting quite close. So, until then they're going to be working on just balancing the game, fixing bugs, filling in the guide entries, listening to your feedback and trying to reach out to other youtubers to try and get some promotion for their game.
One thing that helps with grabbing diagonally, is the button that makes your character rotate in place when held down. I believe the button on controller is "LB", but you can also just look at the controls setting.
Whenever you're grabbing from a stack of clean plates or a rack of dirty ones, a normal conveyor would be sufficient (since there can only ever be one item type to grab). Same for ingredients (hot dogs and buns). Or am I missing something?
only grabbers work since conveyors can't take from things behind them, but he didn't need smart grabbers. He just used them since that was what he had
I don’t think anyones ever done a successful day with leisurely eating and all you can eat without flowers they are by far the worst two cards in the game

no but theres the soaker witch is kinda like that, it just cleans after dirty dishes that are left in long enough

Also that card sucked.
The dirty dish bro, you could have grabbed it while waiting for the customers long eat time. Maybe would have still lost but it would have been alot closer. Perhaps you were done with the run and wanted it to end.
