I made the Enchilada casserole, yesterday. It was a HUGE hit!!!! total comfort food on a chilly winter day. I did add the black olives and mild green chile. Topped with sour cream, it was a show stopper. Thank you, Julia!!!!
I'm so glad this popped up in my feed today! I forgot to root through the freezer last night so your tortelloni recipe gave me ideas for a simple supper so I don't need to go out in the snow. I searched my pantry and came up with this. 1 can stewed tomato chopped up adding about 1/3 can water. 1 small bag of ricotta & spinach tortelloni, 1 can mushrooms, and may yet add a bit of onion, some grated asiago cheese, garlic, and some frozen leaf spinach. I hope it comes out a bit soupy. A last minute on the fly meal with a green salad. I don't see how anyone can live without a pantry and a large and smaller crock pot! So thank you very much for the inspiration for a hopefully edible meal.
For stroganoff sometime you should try using golden mushroom soup instead of the cream of mushroom. We just use that and sour cream and it’s absolutely delicious, so much more flavor!! Also thanks so much for making something that doesn’t have a ranch packet in it!! I don’t need every single meal to have ranch lol.

l love my Mom's vintage crock-pot. It's a 70s "Canadian General Electric" in the traditional 'harvest gold' with appropriate colour accents. l'll definitely try a recipe or two in the ol' cooker from this video.
I was thinking the same thing, browning the sausage before and and then waiting to add the spinach and tortellini later is not Dump & Go. I did this same recipe in my InstaPot and it took 20 mins. I just cooked the tortellini separate.

Those look so good! I have to try the ziti because my family loves lasagna but my daughter hates meat. My favorite crock pot meal is chicken breast, packet of taco seasoning, packet of fiesta ranch, a jar of salsa, and you can add onion, peppers, cream cheese, etc then shred the chicken once it’s cooked and you have delicious taco meat. We make burritos or nachos with it. It’s so yummy.

Slow cooker chicken soup... (The idea just popped into my head one day, & I love it) 2 quarts chicken broth (I prefer Swanson "no salt added"... blood pressure issues) Breast meat of 1 rotisserie chicken, skin removed & cut into 1/4 inch cubes 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (rinsed in a wire strainer to remove any ice crystals) My preference is a blend with carrots, corn, green beans, peas, & baby lima beans I set the crock pot to low, starting at noon, and it's ready to go about 6pm. Lastly, 15 minutes before serving, I stir in a packet of Lipton extra noodle dry soup mix.

I know you must be excited to see Brinleys reaction to Christmas. I remember my daughter's second Christmas at my mothers. There were so many presents and she was overwhelmed. She stood on them and screamed!!😂 Making memories with family is a blessing. Thank you for the recipes🎄💞
Awww the sound of your daughter at Christmas is so sweet! Thank you so much. I am so excited to see Brinley’s reaction to the Christmas gifts! Have a blessed day 😊
I don't think I've ever watched something like this and actually loved the look every recipe listed! Thanks so much! My husband is going to love these!
Wow! That is such a compliment. Thank you so very much for your feedback and letting me know. I sure hope you and your husband enjoy these recipes!😀😀
Thanks for the beef stroganoff recipe! It was indeed easy to put together, and delicious. 😄
Watched this video 2 years ago and the tortellini soup has become a staple of my household. Thank you!
The sausage soup was amazing. Can not wait to try the rest.
I’m so glad you enjoyed that :-) have a great day!
I can't wait to try these recipes! They look so easy and delicious. Over the years i have used different methods that save time but nothing compares to the crockpot meals I make. When my adult kids come to visit with their families, the meals they request are crockpot recipes. They will love these. Thank you for sharing them.
Nothing taste better like your mom’s cooking! That is for sure! Thank you so very much for watching😀😀
I just love your videos. Every time you say you just "plop" something in I smile. It's just like cooking with family. Love it!
Thank you so much!
I've tried all of these, and they ALL turned out GREAT! Of course, you can adjust the seasoning to your preference, but these recipes give you wonderful "founddations!"
Absolutely you can adjust seasonings. That’s what makes cooking so interesting!! Thank you so very much for watching. And have a wonderful rest of your week!😀😀
@@JuliaPacheco Actually having the chicken with rice dish tonight! Kind of excited- it smells really good!
Do you have a cookbook? You have so many amazing recipes! Thanks for sharing with your fans!

Thank you so much Melissa! I really appreciate you being here. I hope you are having a blessed week my sweet friend! God bless you 😊💜💜
I made the stroganoff with ground meat on the stove tonight with bow noodles didn’t use the cream cheese and sour cream but it was still creamy and delicious kids loved it. I’m a trained chef and sometimes making quick meals is difficult. Thank a bunch honey keep them coming.
l love my Mom's vintage crock-pot. It's a 70s "Canadian General Electric" in the traditional 'harvest gold' with appropriate colour accents. l'll definitely try a recipe or two in the ol' cooker from this video.
I love the sounds of the crockpot it sounds beautiful 😍
I still use my vintage crockpot too and my vintage pressure cooker too...I love to hear the sound.
The first one is like that fancy soup at Olive Garden. I love the recipe thank you.
Not really dump and go since there’s prep work involved before, after and during but they all look delicious 🤤 thank you 🙏🏽
Thank you so much! I have more crockpot videos that less prep work on my channel! Have a blessed day 💜
I was thinking the same thing, browning the sausage before and and then waiting to add the spinach and tortellini later is not Dump & Go. I did this same recipe in my InstaPot and it took 20 mins. I just cooked the tortellini separate.
I agree.
@@susana.9483 maybe start your own insta pot channel 🇺🇸🇺🇸
@@dorendastackhouse894 Maybe you should mind our own business....KAREN.
Thanks for this! It seems like a good idea for people who are either crazy busy or don't feel so well sometimes and it just makes life easier.
Thank you so much for the kindness Heather! I hope you’re doing well :-)
Can we say YUMMMM! All of these look so easy and convenient! Thank you Julia, for another great video.
Awww thank you Rita I really appreciate it! Have a blessed day 💜
I did the chicken and rice recipe today came out delicious! I had to re-season it after it was almost done it was a little bit bland so I added lots of garlic powder, onion powder and parsley came out so good I love this girls recipes!!
Well that’s just awesome to hear, Paulina! So happy that you and your girls loved it so very much. Thanks so much for your positive words here and have a great week💜💜
Your enchilada casserole recipe was a hit with me family! Super easy too perfect since I have a newborn baby
I’m so happy your family enjoyed it! Congratulations on the sweet little baby 😊
Is the enchilada recipe super spicy? I've made one similar and couldn't handle the heat
Great recipes! So easy and filling as well. I love how easy your style is. I'm 70+ and I'm always amazed at how many new things I'm still learning. Thank you for sharing your know how with this Ole gal.😉
And thank you so very much for watching! That is a wonderful compliment thank you so much😀😀
Yo are welcome. It's well deserved.
Bravo!! I love cooking with a crock pot! It saves me time! I love the recipes you shared in this video! I will try them out this week!!! Thank you for making this video ❤️
Julia, these recipes look amazing and soo easy. Will definitely be trying all of these. Thanks for sharing! 😊
Thank you so much Denise you are so kind 💜
My mom used to make me beef stroganoff because she knew it was my favorite as a kid and teenager. I can't wait to make it. My mom passed away in 2009 so now I can make it. Thank you Julia to it looks so yummy 😋😁👍😊
What a wonderful memory you have, Tina. I’m sure there are many more too! I sure hope you enjoy this stroganoff as much as you did your mother’s. Have a wonderful rest of your week and thanks for your positive comment💜💜
Thank you. I'm back looking for more things to dump and go!!❤
Thank you so much Terri I appreciate you 💜
Julia, you are my absolute favorite these days. Paula Deen was always my go to for recipes but you are so much more thorough and easier to follow. Thank you for all that you do. I will be watching you weekly! If you have any direct links to recipes using chicken, mushrooms, and spinach using a creamy sauce I would love that too!
Wow! That is one amazing compliment, Brooke! Thank you so very much for that. If you go to google and type in my name, Julia Pacheco chicken mushroom recipes you should be able to find one there. You can always add spinach to a one pot recipe. I sure hope this helps! And thanks so very much for being one of my loyal subscribers🙌🏼😉
@@JuliaPacheco Thank you I found it!
All five recipes look awesome!! Thank you for sharing, I definitely want to try some of these.
Thank you so much I’m so glad that you enjoyed those recipes! You’ll have to tell me how those go for you! Have an awesome weekend :-)
That chicken and rice brings back sooo many memories!! 😩 it looks delishhhh
I am so glad I went back into the archives for this one Julia. Can't tell you how many times I have thrown away corn tortillas. No I know I can cut them up and use them in this enchilada recipe. I would love for you to make a video showing us how you repurpose different leftovers. Like mashed potatoes, vegetables, spaghetti sauce etc. I think with the price of groceries going up we can all use a little advice on this.
Thank you so very much for that feedback Brenda! I’m glad I could help with the tortillas😉 and that is a wonderful suggestion!
I'm here watching, Julia. It all looked delicious, as always. Hugs and Christmas kisses to my sweet girl, Brinley. If I don't get another chance, I want to wish you, Will, Brinley, and your entire family a very Merry Christmas.
Thank you so much Cindy! I hope you are doing well my friend! Brinley says hi to you! 😊💜
I made 3 of these so far and my family loved each one so much. Thanks for posting!
These all look awesome and things my entire family would love ❤️

Omg sooooo I truly believe that things don't just happen by chance. These all look so amazing! I'm definitely going to have to try your version of the tortellini soup. And so creative with that enchilada casserole. So fun collabing with you 💜
Thank you so much 💜💜
All of these are definitely getting on my dinner table. Years ago when I first started to cook I used the crockpot a lot. Haven’t used it to much over the years as I was venturing out to new cooking ways. But now that I’m older I’m more into the easy simplest way of cooking, so out came the new crockpot & I’m really enjoying trying out all these recipes I’ve found on u-tube. Can’t wait to try these, so glad to have found you. I complement you on how easy you explain & show the way it’s done & even the final outcome, very impressive. Thank you so much
Thank you so much for subscribing Sherie! I sure do appreciate that. I do love cooking with my crockpot. It’s super good in the summer too so the house doesn’t get heated up😉
Yummo!! Thanks. I'm an old cook looking for new recipes. Lol.

Hi there 👋 how are you doing, I'm John, Nice meeting you
My favorite crackpot accessory is the slow cooker bags to line them with. Makes cleanup so much easier.
Very true Cynthia!
all great ideas there ...creamy pasta soup looked scrummmyyyy ... i love making cornbeef ash in my slow cooker and split pea n ham soup there my one of my favs...the cormbeef we get in england is out of a tin ... you cut it up n make sandwiches or pop it in your stew ...makes for a hearty cheap meal n makes a ton hee hee 💐
Thank you so much for giving me these ideas Susie I’m going to have to try your crockpot recipes the sound delicious. I hope your day went well 😊
Crock pot liners will CHANGE YOUR LIFE! Clean up is a breeze!

Love your recipes. Could you do another extreme budget for a week with $20 and everything purchased from Aldi?
Yes I’ll do another video like that! I don’t have a an Aldi where I live unfortunately! I wish I did though!
@@JuliaPacheco Aaaawww. I hate that! Oh well.

I tried the enchilada chicken recipe tonight and it was amazing! I added olives and corn to it. Thank you so much for this!!
Thank you so much! I am so happy that you enjoyed the chicken enchilada recipe :-) I bet it would be amazing with olives and corn! Have a wonderful weekend😊
I can’t wait to try these. Thanks for sharing. Also thank you for showing what you added. People often say a can of cream of ? Soup but never tell what size. That’s quite a difference. Thanks again.
Thank you so much for that feedback Sue! Have a great rest of your week😀
I made the “ Enchilada casserole”tonight…Yum!! Easy….Definitely checking out the others …. Thank ya!!!
Slow cooker chicken soup...
(The idea just popped into my head one day, & I love it)
2 quarts chicken broth (I prefer Swanson "no salt added"... blood pressure issues)
Breast meat of 1 rotisserie chicken, skin removed & cut into 1/4 inch cubes
1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (rinsed in a wire strainer to remove any ice crystals)
My preference is a blend with carrots, corn, green beans, peas, & baby lima beans
I set the crock pot to low, starting at noon, and it's ready to go about 6pm.
Lastly, 15 minutes before serving, I stir in a packet of Lipton extra noodle dry soup mix.
Sounds super good! Thank you for sharing :-)
These all look so good, can't wait to try them! Your daughter is adorable!
Thank you so much! You are so kind! Have a great day :-)
I had never made baked ziti until today! I had gotten a crock pot as a gift and just never really knew any great recipes to use it. My boyfriend and I ended up getting covid19, so I didn't have any energy to cook for a while now. Today I made the ziti and it came out delicious and it was so simple and quick to follow your video! I paired it with some garlic bread and a salad I had. Thank you so much for this!
Thank you so much for all of the support Jennifer! I am so glad that you guys tried the ziti, it truly is one of my favorites and it’s so easy! I hope you have an amazing weekend:)
Instead of mushrooms to the chicken and rice I like spinach, it's really good.
All the recipes are comfort food- you are such a smart young lady, wife and mother. I’m old school and I cook the long version of meals- but I do love your short cuts and they save time. I’m enjoying your channel and glad I subscribed 💕. Your actually teaching me new ways to cook- thanks for sharing 💕.

All of these look really really good. Thank you. I might be weird but I absolutely do not like shredded meat, I always have to take it out and dice it. No big deal.

@@JuliaPacheco it was absolutely delicious! ❤ I couldn't find tortellini so I used frozen ravioli instead, also added some onions and used hot sausage instead of sweet sausage. My husband and I agreed it'll be a permanent staple in our household 😊 yum!
