still got mine. . I love to fill it up with songs and education audio for study. For that I use "ZillaTube", works great, google it

I clicked on my video folder but it says empty disk even if I added a video on it...how do you put a video in ?

No, MP4 with lyrics.
how do I adjust the brightness on the display. The setup option does not give me this option and the instructions is useless.
Go into settings and find LCD options for display brightness
how do i start watching a video it always say format error
Convert it to AMV format from a Computer (use AVS video converter) then it should work fine.
does anyone know how to random play the content? it only random plays the folder it is currently in, not advancing to any other location to play music unless it is in Normal mode.
i would suggest putting all your music in the same folder
Does this player require any certain programs on my computer in order to upload songs from CDs onto it? I'm just curious to know because I plan on getting a new MP3 player after the battery in my iPod Shuffle had died not too long ago, and I want to get something affordable that would also work just fine.

I have Windows Media Player already on my computer, so that's what I use. It works well.

You'd go into local folders and it would show all folders you have on the device.

I did not see any card taking slot. Besides a device that has built in massive memory of 16 GB usually wouldn't take SD card.
