Fatty liver here..im so confused...I hear to do 55% fat in macros, then others say lowfat . Really overwhelmed 😕
Watch Dr Berg and Dr Berry. Sugar and fructose cause fatty liver and carbohydrates. Ditch those, eat green vegetables, beef, fish and berries. Eat pecans, olive oil and butter too. That fat macro should be closer to 70%, 5% carbs and 25% protein.
Also fast for min 16 hours.
